You should praise God it did not. If it did, Trump would now be prez for life. Putin would be giving Ukrainian cities out to his friends like fiefdoms. Xi would be flying the CCP flag in Taiwan. And the world as we know it would be a far smaller place.

If you ask me, that 17 years is but drop in the ocean. The final reckoning is yet to be manifest to these dear ones here, as it were, so it is, so be it. Arise, brother Bobby, all will be revealed.

In the fullness of time.

The world will split like a cell in November 2024.

And thus, you will leave the board for good. Poof!

He's a political prisoner -
hopefully the Supreme Court will set him free...
He is a man who cared about his country - a true patriot...  The unelected Deep State got him.

Well he may actually "care" about his country, plus
regard himself as a "true patriot".  But that self-
actualisation is obviously incorrect—according to
any current sociological standards, which rightfully
have judged him a danger to society.

Biggs is an outlier—an individual who makes the
decision to ignore and/or oppose the social status
quo
.  In a violently extremist manner, and without
any regard to its consequences.

He's a loose cannon.

Last year, the SCOTUS barred federal courts from
hearing new evidence that was not previously
presented in a state court as a result of the defendant’s
ineffective legal representation.

The decision means that prisoners will no longer
have recourse to federal judges even when they
claim they were wrongfully convicted.  In other
words, federal courts will no longer be able to
petition the SCOTUS
for prisoner exoneration,
sentence reduction, or release.

          ...
Biggs... looking like a "soft boy"?

Media Matters for America reported in 2017
that Biggs had made comments on social media
promoting "date rape and sexual violence". He
advocated using chloroform and roofies (Rohypnol) to
have non-consensual sex with women. According to
the staff writers, he threatened a past partner with
revenge porn and threatened violence against
transgender people—posting "Punch a tranny" on
his Twitter site.

As a 40-year-old, he could well die in jail—that's if
the shirt-lifters don't get to him first LOL.

Disregarding this particular individual, is this not disturbing?

The decision means that prisoners will no longer
have recourse to federal judges even when they
claim they were wrongfully convicted.  In other
words, federal courts will no longer be able to
petition the SCOTUS for prisoner exoneration,
sentence reduction, or release.

Stalin was always known as a goody two shoes on the left. He wore white and Adolf had black with his proud boys steadily being  put away. Then came surrender in his concrete bunker to the goody from Georgia.

Two more Trump terrorists off the see Bubba:

Two Proud Boys sentenced for roles in Capitol attack on January 6

The first man coward to be sentenced Friday, Dominic Pezzola, was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Pezzola smashed through a window to the US Capitol with a police riot shield on January 6, allowing the first wave of rioters to storm the building as members of Congress were being evacuated. Pezzola quickly became a symbol of the violence that day.

Ethan Nordean, a Proud Boy from Washington State who took over leading the group after longtime Proud Boys chairmancoward Enrique Tarrio was arrested on his way to Washington, DC, days before the January 6 riot, was sentenced to 18 years in prison.

More likely the "left wing" kids were sheltering the victims of the "right wing" kids bullying.

You know, all that distancing oneself from people who live lives of pure garbage means setting oneself quite aside, no?

All those poor, acne ridden, awkward, fat, red-haired, Jewish, Muslim, Asian, Aboriginal, single parents, queer etc kids you wanted no part of.

Well, the left kids got to know them. Get to know them.

See Horseboy, whilst you congratulate yourself for crapping on people from a great height, i get to know them. I come to care for them ... i go on to represent their voices when they need amplification.

You call this "virtue signalling". I call eating a cucumber in McDonald's for attention "virtue signalling".

What a diverse tapestry we have!

But you only get to know people like you. I just find that so tragic.

It's like, with all of you self- and much repeated successes ... you've just gone and gosh darn missed the point. And that's just so sad for you.

But you'll just shrug that off and count your money or root your horses or whatever else you can manage to do while congratulating yourself for being a one-dimesional bully.

Yes, you are missing something. The right of appeal has been severely curtailed.  Roll Eyes

Thanks to a Trump-stacked, rightwing majority SCOTUS.

i.e. Republicans are to blame for this.

the ones crying now were all cheering whilst trump was stacking it with  right wing nutters  ...

their disappointment stems from the fact that those nutters aren't as nutty as they are Cheesy
