A darker side to this Dutch inheritance is that a couple of genetc disorders (originating from the Netherlands) are still present outside the Netherlands among some Afrikaans people in South Africa, some Amish communities in the US and some Aboriginal peoples of midwest coastal Western Australia.

I'd like to look into that. Any direction to point me in?
