He's a strange one with strange ideas. The Arabs should have Israel because they conquered it back in the day and Jews should be coersively moved to Tasmania but Australia's colonisation is wrong and it should belong to Aboriginals. When you're speaking to the nation on something with the gravitas of a referendum, you can't just spout your mouth off. You need to be very clear about what you mean and not leave any room for ambiguity.
