No. a lot of it is medical. Especially when doctors prescribe things that cause water retention. I know several ppl it happened to. As long as you are taking the crap theres no way you can lose any weight. I have also seen what happens when they get off the medications. They lose weight of course.
If I did not drink, eat junk food, and kept a moderate amount of physical activity in my life, I could be free of the metformin tablets that I take every day. Other than last night's KFC snack, I have had a reasonably good diet in the last week. I had physical resistance training a few nights ago, where I was suffering sore feet for the next day -- all good now.
My medication costs me $7 a month. I doubt that the pharmaceutical companies are really raking in a great profit. And even with government subsidies, there would not be a great deal in the profits. The profits would add up, though, and be enough to pay for the expenses and employees making the drugs.
Heh i didnt say ALL is caused by meds but a pretty high percentage is and the ppl on here hating

Rubbish. My health problems are caused by too much sugar and not enough exercise. The medication I have would help undo the damage or keep my body in reasonable health. I would have avoided taking medication in the first place had I maintained at least a reasonable diet and exercise routine.
its great to see you owning the problem rocky and i'll tell you why.
if you think the problem exists outside of yourself then how can you fix it?
you cant
all you can do is see yourself as a victim
once you see yourself as a victim, your mental state changes to one that vibes with failure because you are now powerless (this is the crux of why the victim mentality is so destructive).
as a victim you will vibe with addiction, short term pleasures to numb the pain (alcohol, pot, food).
you will tend to complain.
you see a problem as happening to you, not happening for you.
you will want a lot of other like minded victims around so you can throw a big pity party.
if one of these victims starts to do what you are doing (accepting personal responsibility) the other members of the group will feel threatened and try to derail you.
i would bet that the fat friends dont like someone who is succeeding at losing weight and will gossip about that person.
so well done and keep going.
remember
the mainstream are fat, not in a good relationship and have less then 1000 bucks in the bank
thats most people.
if you start to step outside that box, they will hate on you
in a way, hate from the mainstream can be a good marker of success
