Trump Mocks Hammer Attack On Pelosi’s Husband In Incendiary Speech

Former President Donald Trump said Friday he’d “bring back law” to California, suggested he'll use the DOJ to investigate all local prosecutors he feels are political enemies and mocked Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi who was violently attacked with a hammer in his home last year, in a speech at the California Republican Party Fall Convention.

Trump said he would “stand up to crazy Nancy Pelosi“ if reelected president, asking a crowd of supporters, “How’s her husband doing by the way?” and saying a “wall around her house” didn’t do a “good job” of protecting her 82-year-old husband from an intruder who fractured his skull with a hammer during a break-in last year—prompting laughter from the crowd.

The former president baselessly called California’s election “rigged” and said he wants to liberate the state from “communist rule,” later saying organized retail thefts in the state could be addressed by shooting looters as they leave stores.

The former president also said he’d “direct a completely overhauled” Justice Department to investigate every “radical” district attorney and attorney general for their “racist and reverse enforcement of the law.”

Trump, referring to his recent indictments, mocked President Joe Biden, saying, “Let’s indict the mother******,” suggesting the president uses indictments as a means of destroying the credibility of those he doesn’t like or those polling higher than him, even though his federal charges were brought by an independent prosecutor.

And no, he hasn't converted to Islam. Under shariah law, thieves go on trial.

So how does the big fella, prez, overcome state murder laws, tort laws, civil liability and insurance policies to legalise the shooting of shoplifters?

And if you just say, oh he's just being a kidder, why is he running for prez? He's even been prez, so he knows what the limitations are. He's running for a job where he swears an oath to the rights of shoplifters to receive justice under the law.  He has to swear an oath to protect Nancy and her husband too.

So I'm curious. Do you believe he should terminate the constitution?
