Palestine is not now, and never was, a nation. With its mixed population of Arabs, Jews and Christians, would it have been better if the Turks held the territory in WW1? The British, mostly Australian mounted troups drove the Turks out of Palestine and Syria, thus keeping the Suez route to the east open to all allied nations. You got a problem with that? After the war, smart Arabs worked with their Jewish neighbours to mutual benifit, but the nut-job Muzelum fanatics started frothing at the mouth.

Pakistan was not but UK created it, with mixed Hindu-Muslims. Poland was created in 1945 with mixed German-Poles. Northern Ireland was created from humans I think..(?) Also Nth: Sth Korea, Vietnam. Palestine has people from Philistia 3500 years ago. They look fairly Arabish of Middle East appearance. Same raghead and dressing gowns.

The Israeli air strike is at least the second in recent days to hit the West Bank, where violence has surged since Hamas gunmen from Gaza carried out a deadly Oct. 7 rampage in Israel.

So Ukraine didn't exist, 10 years before Palestinian land was divided. In France, the Gauls were expelled to the coast around the time the Jews were removed from Judea. Then German Franks of France and Anglos in Britain have no nation. Gauls, British Celts and Jews do have nations. (Don't mention the American colonies).

Consider this. The territory of Palestine was not a nation before the British kicked the Turks out. Egypt did not own the Sinai either. So, when peace was concluded after the Yom Kipper War, why didn't the Egyptian Muzelums give it to Gaza? Look at the map. Here's my guess. Egyptians don't really give a sh1t about their Islamic brothers when it comes to real estate.

Egypt will eventually throw off its Moslem, let alone 'monotheistic' garments and re-embrace its unique 'traditional' culture.
Let's hope so. How cool would Egypt be, if everyone there was walking around in 'true' Egyptian fashions. Cool

Reckon the Northern-Western nations above the Sahara will also be reclaimed by their Berber people and push Mohommedism and the Arabs back out.

Why didn't they let Israel have it? But that doesn't prevent Palestine being a nation. What sensible reason stops them?

The terrible Iranians hate Jews but treat them better than Jews do Palestinians who are expelled from their houses and farms.

The world has changed -
missiles are now very sophisticated.

New missiles will be tested in this war to see if they really work.

Will aircraft carriers go the way of the old battleships
which couldn't survive in WW2.
