Hi Aqua. In the most strict sense, Israel can never be found to have committed war crimes. Because, like USA and Russia, its not is not among the 123 states that are party to the Rome Statute, which established the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.

However, in the most practical sense. During periods of war and conflict. Its the belief that matters. There is no shortage of people who believes that Israel who bombed the hospital and tries to cover up. You can present all the evidence you like, if people believe otherwise, its pointless.

Right now, most of the countries in the region believe Israel committed war crimes, then thats what they will believe, regardless of what the letter of law says.

Tickle I would suggest you look at the numerous images available online of the hospital
There is no impact crater
There is a large fuel burn in the car park where the hamas misfire unfortunately killed civilians

I would be very doubtful that Israel would commit war crimes
What would be in it for them

Hamas are incentivised to commit war crimes
They want the Israeli response to throw gasoline on the hatred

It's really no different to al-qaeda's incentive in 9/11
The whole point is to provoke the enemy into overreaction
And the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan
Have to be seen as an enormous win for Osama bin Laden
He would have been thrilled at how well his strategy worked

Israel will commit an error if they are seen machine gunning civilians in urban warfare
And the rules of war allowed them to do just that if hamas insurgents are using them as human Shields

Therefore from a public relations point of view
Israel should
Merely apply siege warfare to Gaza
And then allow the hungry citizens who have no fuel or electricity to take out their wrath on their political leaders hamas

What does Israel gain by entering Gaza for hand to hand combat
They would be fighting exactly the war that hamas has tricked them into fighting

You always defend Islamic fanatics. Just how you exonerate their atrocities is anyone's guess. All Gazans are civilians including people who call themselves HAMAS. In the present conflcit instigated by HAMAS, they knew their population would suffer. Surely you are bright enough to recognise this tactic, which tries to enlist international sympathy. And you do not seem to acknowedge that for them to die for Allah, Mohamed and the Koran is their purpose. They state it, but you lot chose not to hear them.

Over 500 rockets fired by Hamas have landed in Gaza.

Hamas rockets have hit hospitals in Israel and Gaza. Hamas have hit hospitals on both sides.

Israel has no legal obligation to supply electricity and water to Gaza it's bullshit to claim that is a war crime.

So far all little pecca has done is list war crimes by hamas.
