Well, that 30 million actually dont go to Palestine, its for the organisations that works in Palestine. And right now... there is not much help that can get through anyway.

Furthermore, these 30 million dollars is to keep the other oil rich countries happy. After all.. we ARE dependant on them with our petrol and diesel driven economy. Sometimes, in this complicated, international world of politics, if you can buy better relationship, it is always a good thing.
