I think Bibi has been sucked into this by Hamas - he is playing their game.

100s of little Palestinian kids are being killed every day.
The whole Arab and Persian world is up in arms and
will cause Israel to be attacked by them and may even lead to WW3.

I don't expect the Israelis to die so we don't have to fret about WWIII. Even if everything you say is true, it has no value until you come up with a better plan.

A better plan would have been to go into Gaza with soldiers and tanks without
destroying the place by bombing it day and night.

Would you volunteer to be the cannon fodder?

Hamas don't have canons.
The last time Israel went into Gaza  2014 - Hamas ran like rabbits.

Do you feel up to answering the question now Bobby?

Do you support the collective punishment of Palestinian children?

You haven't said.

They are not being punished. They are being sacrificed. By their parents. To Islam.

I see. Do you think Israel should let them out of their cage then?

Or would you prefer to see Gaza sieged?

You know, like Medina.

It's pretty much the opposite of Medina. In Medina, Muhammad slaughtered the entire tribe of Jews in one day. Israel could do the same, but chooses not to. Medina tells us what happens if the Muslim get the upper hand. It is slaughter. When the Jews do, it is liberal democracy.

Oh? And how many was that, FD?

The Jews have just taken out nearly 10,000 in a couple of weeks.

Is this what you mean by liberal democracy?

I am never surprised by the inability of Muslims and their apologists to fail to comprehend.

The Palestinian death toll passed 7,700

most of them women and children, according to the Health Ministry in Hamas-ruled Gaza. In the occupied West Bank, more than 110 Palestinians have been killed in violence and Israeli raids.

More than 1,400 people were slain in Israel during a surprise incursion by Hamas militants, including at least 310 soldiers, according to the Israeli government. At least 229 hostages were taken into Gaza, and four hostages have been released.

And how many displaced? People from hospital beds. Elderly. Children.

And absolutely cut off from electricity, sanitation, water.

An absolute blackout. And all that that entails.

Surely, any reasonable person would be asking themselves when enough is enough.

I reckon Israel was not counting on getting any hostages back from Hamas, callous of them? Maybe.
It made things even more awkward for Israel when a few hostages were released.

I don't see Israel returning Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli jails this time, even in return for all remaining hostages.

Is this to be yet another "skirmish" in the long history of conflict or are the Israelis going to make a defining change this time?

Obviously, civilian loss of life is always shocking in military conflict. What war has ever been anything less than awful for civilians and military alike?

This time though, I sense that Israel is going to do things differently.

In a way, they could borrow from Albo's speech about the voice: "If not now, when?" "If not us, who?"

This may be the biggest change in the long-running history of disputes in that area.

Israel may well destroy Hamas once and for all.

This time, it looks like a very different conflict.

Israel has been preparing for this "final war" for decades. This time, I think they mean to follow through.

Maybe history will judge this war as the one that actually ended Hamas.

If the Israelis have some sort of new chemical agent or drone flame thrower capability
If they have some method of pumping carbon monoxide into the tunnels whilst wearing oxygen tanks
Then maybe they should go in into the tunnels
And engage in rattenkreig
Stalingrad Mark two

If entering the tunnels involves the fine young Israeli patriot's
Having to engage in hand-to-hand combat
Then they should most definitely not go in

They should seal Gaza in a vice-like grip
Tell the world communities that Egypt may open the southern border crossing and anyone who wishes to leave can do so and be housed in a un tent in the Sinai peninsula
Much like the people of Syria were

This is what Stephen covers y calls constructing the win-win

Clearly the Palestinians are not wanted in Gaza
The saudis are keen to do a deal with the Israelis
And assume leadership in the middle East
America under trump and biden has zero interest in troops on the ground

If the world feels bad about Israel taking over Gaza
Then turn it into a national park and let the camels and springboks have it

But the people who were living in this supposed prison camp can go and live elsewhere
They have shown themselves to be terrible neighbours
This is the consequence of s******* in your own nest

I am Israel's side but I don't approve of their barbaric methods in this war.

There must have been a better way than killing so many kids
and destroying so many buildings?

Do you concur with Aquascoot, FD?

Should two and a half million people be forcibly exiled to the Sinai desert?

Cheers.
