By not chosing a side or even supporting both as a centrist in dealing with the conflict.
She instead detaches herself from either or the whole structure - which happens to be a State of War between Israel and Terrorism (to which other Moslem nations are washing their hands of, thus voiding it as a 'Holy' justification by Palestine).
So with that detachment - she also basically voids herself from any constructive discussion in such Topics of 'War' and proves what pathetic people Virtue-Signallers are.

These Trolls, like Mothra, who's views are emanating from the Media narrative (especially America's Media - which should stick to its Entertainment, Celebrities and Music for that is what it is) - are CONTROL FREAKS.
The American Media (and Mothra) don't like the idea of Israel being out of their control (let alone Politics - which they currently have hold of via the Democraps) as it makes America look bad. Look bad in that Israel can achieve and do better 'military-wise' better than it can.
American Media considers itself the 'Sheriff' of the world - which is bully, considering it's a selfish nation with no real interest in the World's wellbeing beyond manipulating other nations for its own selfish good... like Oil and Trade Routes.
