The Armed Forces of Yemen, by publishing a statement, took responsibility for the missile and drone attack on the areas under the control of the Israeli regime and declared war against the Israeli regime.
Summary of the statement of Brigadier General Yahya Sari’, spokesman of the Yemeni Armed Forces:
In the face of the barbaric aggression of the US and Israel to the Gaza Strip, we must do our duty by trusting in God and for the victory of the dear Palestinian people.
This operation (today) is the third operation of the Yemeni armed forces in support of the oppressed brothers of Palestine.
So far, we have launched a large number of ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and suicide drones at various enemy targets in the occupied territories.
We will continue to attack with our missiles and drones with higher quality until the end of Israel’s aggression.
The attitude of the Yemeni people towards the Palestinian issue is a decisive and principled position, and the Palestinian people have the full right to defend themselves and obtain their full rights.
What destabilizes the region and leads to the spread of conflicts is the continuation of crimes and killings by the Zionist enemy against the people of the Gaza Strip and all of Palestine.
It should be noted that the missile and drone operations of the Yemeni army were carried out on October 19, 27 and 9 against Israeli positions in occupied Palestine and the US warships in the northern Red Sea.
