She's a toxic bitch.

I don’t understand how she thinks she could get away with something like that!
Something’s not right in her thinking.
Lucky her hubby didn’t go for lunch and cancelled at last minute.

Some things we know about her.

Fat
Ugly
Stupid
Liar

And now she's an accused murderer x3.

What would the Judge at Fort Grant have said?

If the law didn't hang em the next posse that goes out would say
hang em and hang em high - there's no Justice in Fort Grant.

It still applies today.

The mushrooms Erin used were toxic.

Erin herself is far worse IMO.

What a miracle that church minister survived to tell Police what happened.

For those who may not realise (that church minister is Erin’s ex husband’s uncle).

A quick recap regarding the perpetrator and victims in this shocking tragedy.

1. Erin - the fat ugly psychopath who loves wearing a Target uniform and has a lot of knowledge about foraging for wild mushrooms (as per the many local news bulletins she was the Editor for).

2. Simon - the fat ugly psychopath’s ex husband who almost died of poisoning and was in a coma for weeks a few years ago. He was invited to attend the luncheon but declined at the last minute. That last minute decision saved his life.

3. Simon’s 2 parents - both now dead after turning up for lunch at the fat ugly psychopath’s place.

4. Simon’s Aunty (Simon’s mum’s sister) - also dead after turning up for lunch with those in 3.

5. Simon’s Uncle (Simon’s mum’s sister’s husband) the local Church Minister who suffered terribly but survived only to be told his wife of many years didn’t make it nor did his sister and brother in law.

6. 2 little kids. A boy and a girl. Simon and Erin’s son and daughter. Their lives have been damaged for ever. They now have no grandparents whatsoever (both Erin’s parents died a few years ago due to ill health like cancer etc). These children have a mother who is at the centre of this unbelievable and tragic yet bizarre criminal case. They do have a dad though. He’s alive but only just. And no doubt he’s been left absolutely traumatised by the loss and grief of everything he’s been forced to face.

I know that Erin is innocent until proven guilty.

I also know that Erin comes from a high profile family who has a lot of money. That money will come in handy right now. Why? To pay for lawyers who will argue her case under mental health law.i

Question: what does being fat have to do with the case? Was that what made the decision to serve toxic mushrooms to the elderly? I wonder why the word ‘white’ or ‘Caucasian’ haven’t been used either to describe her.
I think it all falls on her mentality … and what she actually did.

Mushroom case: Erin Patterson remanded in custody for May 3 court appearance

Nov 03 2023
Updated 6 minutes ago

Ms Patterson was not offered the opportunity to enter a plea.

Magistrate Walsh also said that there would be no application for bail, noting he was not in a position to grant bail in any case.

He also agreed to release the list of charges being faced by Ms Patterson.

Ms Patterson was remanded in custody awaiting the committal hearing, at which time police evidence is reviewed to see if the case is worthy of going to trail.

Interesting link there Bobby.

Next court hearing will be May 3 2024.

That’s 6 months away. So she’s gonna be sitting in jail until then.

Meantime as she’s from a high profile rich family - she’s organised one of the best criminal barristers in Australia to represent her. Let’s see what happens next.

I guess we’ll have to diary this one for May next year.

My personal thoughts (which don’t necessarily represent the views of OzPol or its owner/mods/posters):

1. I honestly think she’s going to choose the mental incapacity option. Her barrister will argue that she’s got a serious mental health issue (dissociative disorder etc).

2. Remember those disturbing set of drawings on the wall of her previous home? I bet THAT will be the evidence to support her mental incapacity. Those drawings are going to be put forward as HER drawings during an episode of disassociation.

Yes Lisa,
this court case will cost her a lot of money - she must be rich.
Aussie would have been cheaper.
