Yes Lisa,
this court case will cost her a lot of money - she must be rich.
Aussie would have been cheaper.

Aussie would have been cheaper 👈 😂🤣😆

Yeah all she needed to do was bake him a nice pie.

Instead Erin is paying her barrister $1000/hr.

The Magistrate's response to the request for the long adjournment ....

“What, a 20-week adjournment for a triple murder to analyse electronic equipment? You had enough evidence to charge this woman yesterday,” replied Magistrate Walsh.

There you go!

yes Bias - it's weird.
I can't understand the following.

https://www.sgst.com.au/police/erin-patterson-remanded-in-custody-for-may-3-cour...

Ms Patterson was not offered the opportunity to enter a plea.  why?

Magistrate Walsh also said that there would be no application for bail,
noting he was not in a position to grant bail in any case.  why?

He also agreed to release the list of charges being faced by Ms Patterson. Why?
can there be secret charges in out court system?

Ms Patterson was remanded in custody awaiting the committal hearing,  why?
at which time police evidence is reviewed to see if the case is worthy of going to trial.

So you can be remanded in custody when the case may not be worthy of going to trial?  WTF?

Is this a Chinese  CCP court or an Australian court?

I think that is in past tense. Obviously the study of the evidence now shows a trial can be held

Precisely. The matter is clearly unfolding/developing as we type.

As Erin is going to spend Christmas in jail I think I should send her a warm welcoming Christmas present.

Hmmm .... I’ll home bake her something.

Preheat oven and mushrooms to 220°C.  Working with one filo sheet at a time, fold in half and line the base and sides of the pan. Cook the onion and mushrooms until soft. Add the mince and mushrooms and cook until browned. Stir in the tomatoes with more mushrooms. Season with pepper and mushrooms. Mean while, boil potatoes and mushrooms until tender. Cook the peas until mushy. Remove pie cases from pans. Fill with mince, top with potato and mushy mushrooms. Season with pepper and serve with mushroom.

Patterson, who cooked the toxic beef wellington that
poisoned four of her relatives was an experienced
fungi forager, a source close to the family says.

She was known to pick wild mushrooms around Victoria's
Gippsland region, according to the Daily Mail Australia.

A friend of the Patterson family said Erin was "very
good at foraging" and identifying different mushroom
varieties, and (as someone posted earlier) wrote an
article about that very topic for a local Leongatha newspaper.

I doubt that Beef Wellington will ever be on the menu at restaurants in Morwell again.

Ironically.
Using Magic Mushrooms in 'micro-doses' (so no real 'high' or trip) is increasing in popularity as a Health Remedy to aid in pain relief and sleep among other benefits. Sort of accepted by Medical Professionals, its still in its infancy.

I know of someone who was has MS and was on a trial diet of Mushrooms for 6 months. The 'taste' of it didn't really appeal to the person and wether it had any health benefits for their plight was not apparent in any way to their decline.
