I hear she comes from a reasonably well-off background - for some, such as politicians, there is never enough - cop your sweet ride fattest in the land for years all found, huge 'pension', and STILL want as many cuts out of the corpse of Treasury as possible.. expect a free ride as G-G or something....Trade Minister to Eskimoland.... Special Envoy to the best spots in the world for extended free holidays...

For some there just is never enough out of other people's pockets.

Update On Arrested Mushroom Cook

Her houses are on the market as I type.

Seems Erin has been quite busy whilst in prison. She’s issued instructions to sell up so as to raise funds to finance her defence team’s costs (she’s using one of Australia’s most prominent Criminal Law barristers).

Her (possible) objective? She’s fighting to be released on bail. I guess she doesn’t like the idea of spending Christmas inside prison as it would ruin her chances of cooking up a dinner to die for. 😩

As I see it - Erin is wasting her time and money. She will end up leaving nothing of her parent’s inheritance or her own money for her 2 children (who are now under the care of her estranged husband ie their biological dad). I guess in her damaged mind Erin’s logic is as follows : if I can’t live in/enjoy my homes then no one can.

What a terrible tragedy. Those poor kids - my heart goes out to them. They have a dad who’s lucky to be alive, no grandparents as BOTH Simon’s parents died as a result of that poisoned meal along with Simon’s Mum’s sister (his Aunty).

I agree.

Could this situation have taken a different course IF there was MANDATORY professional counselling offered (at no cost) to every couple with children going through separation? I think so.

Such sessions (IF administered by long term highly skilled counsellors who were registered psychologists) could identify potential red flags as there’s always 1 party more upset/angry/confused etc than the other. Once children are involved ... every separation is no longer “friendly”. Add to that other factors such as property and child support and you have a recipe for (a poison mushroom cooked dinner) disaster.

I can understand that.
I love mushrooms but I get them from the supermarket.
I also check them closely in case of contamination.
They just sit there loosely and you put them into the brown paper bags yourself.
It's possible that a saboteur could put a poisonous mushroom in with the
good ones at the supermarket so they need to be inspected closely.
