He came illegally on a boat 2012, raped tge boy in 2015, was sentenced to two and a half years. .
He served his sentence already. On release from prison he was taken into immigration detention because his asylum claim was rejected on character grounds (ie for being a convicted child rapist)
No other country would resettle him for the same reason.
He is a stateless Bangladeshi /Burmese Muslim. There are another 127 such convicted stateless criminals in immigration detention.
No protection is owed to these illegal boat arrivals because of their criminality, no other country would take them for that reason - so they will now be released because indefinite detention is unlawful.

Australia must do everything it can to piss this non Australian pedo off somewhere there. He can then apply to be a citizen on the basis of his cultural ethnicity.

After that we need to get rid of the real bastard in this matter ... the freaking “judge”!

Then and only then we can use this case to piss off the other 127 arseholes waiting in the queue and living off our taxes/enjoying free bed and breakfast for committing crimes.

Send them to Gaza.

Forget THEM. Let’s sort out HIM first.

The federal government has defended its security response to the release of detainees from immigration detention, insisting all are subject to strict mandatory visa conditions, with some required to report daily to Border Force.
Key points:

Immigration Minister Andrew Giles says the High Court ruling was counter to what the government was seeking
He confirmed three murderers and "several" sex offenders were among the people released
The Coalition has demanded the government provide more details about the conditions of their release

A decision by the High Court last week ruled indefinite immigration detention was unlawful, which has resulted in 81 people being let out into the community.

Among those released include Afghan man Aliyawar Yawari, who was accused of attacking three women and convicted of assault.

Also released was Sirul Azhar Umar, a bodyguard for the then Malaysian prime minister who was convicted of murdering a pregnant woman on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur in 2006.

Under questioning from the opposition, Immigration Minister Andrew Giles said he believed there were three murderers and several sex offenders among the cohort.
The High Court ruling that put Albanese in a tight spot

With the Coalition on his right and a High Court ruling and the Greens on his left, Anthony Albanese finds himself in a fraught political position that could prove catastrophic to his government.
O'Neil has a concerned expression, hand to mouth, while she looks towards Albanese.

While some are now living with relatives in the community,
others have been placed in hotels in Sydney's west and on the outskirts of Perth.

This is Yawari, an Afghani illegal. A sex predator and basher of elderly women. He is now free in our streets. Labor, didn’t prepare the legislation needed. We are paying for his hotel, given him a $10,000 starting grant and full Govt benefits.

Yawari told reporters he had been jailed for 'fighting' and he hoped to find work in Australia. His wife and seven adult children are living in Pakistan and were 'very happy' he had been freed, Yawari told The Australian.

However, Yawari's crimes are far more significant than 'fighting'.

In October 2013, he punched a woman repeatedly in the face before having sex with her. He was convicted of assault but acquitted of rape.

Yawari's next crime was to enter the home of an elderly woman, smashing windows and doors, for which he received a suspended prison sentence.

Two months after that he indecently assaulted a 64-year-old woman in her home then hit her in the neck with her walking stick.

Sentencing Yawari in the District Court of South Australia in September 2016, Judge Paul Cuthbertson said the then 58-year-old was an ongoing risk to women.

Iranian man Reza Hussein, who was detained after stabbing his friend, has shared videos of his mates gloating about being released following the High Court decision .

On the weekend, Husseini posted several videos, with one captioned 'Lots of people getting out, Thanks Higher Court'.
