My post was highlighting HOW it got there. It would not have mattered WHO was in the Admin position.

Ok so let’s get real here for a moment :

WHAT devoured that forum were a number of key reasons. Multi Mong Trolls weren’t just the major players.

One other key player in PA’s sabotage was AiA. Dear God that malevolent ID was cruel ESPECIALLY behind the scenes in its constant attacks against 2 main targets: Aussie AND Black Orchid. I’ve retained said PMs. These took place HERE on OzPol but over a long period of time. (I recently had the chance to quietly read through them and I realised his focus was forever on these PA ids : Aussie and Black Orchid).

The fact that AiA got to be a PA Admin a NUMBER of times under the terms of The Constitution of PA should have been enough of a red flag that the Constitution was faulty AND not fit for purpose. I was of course too busy with family and a poor dying Mum to really undertake much of a root cause analysis but if we were to take an honest look at what ultimately destroyed PA it’s this : It was PA’s own Constitution. The document essentially allowed the likes of AiA into power and once there precedents were set which triggered unrest and upheaval. The ensuing tumultuous turbulence was exacerbated by the encouraged use of armies of multi ids (some shared some not shared). So the multi Mongs jumped in and trashed whatever was left.

Well when you get 'nice members' (like Carl D) who refuse to run for positions of responsibility and the only ones yelping for 'power' are the evil Troll types.
It seems its the failure of the Good, that allowed the Bad to take control.
Can't blame Black Orchid - she tried, did well but her time was up apparently.
As for the other 'Good Members' - well they didn't lift a finger to prevent the likes of AiA, Redmond Neck, Aussie - taking control.
Bobby at least admitted that he 'caved' like a Science Officer Ash and let the Aliens in just like he pleaded to have Monk return back here in the name of his 'forgiveness' crusade. Roll Eyes

I'd be happy to MOD this board and I think I'd be one of the most qualified on the basis of my health. Surely the most health conscious person would be most qualified?

Here's my stats which may be regarded as a CV.

Body fat: usually around 12-15%
Resting heart rate: low 50s
Blood pressure: about 120/70
Cholesterol levels: 5 last time I checked?
Medical issues: none
Regular medication: none
Alcohol/drug intake: zero
Smoking: never
Sleep: 7-9 hours per night

Exercise routine
Cold plunge nearly every day
Sauna: 90m once a week
Weights 4 x per week
At least 10k steps per day
3 x HIIT per week (I'd love to get my VO2 max level checked but CBF)
5+km SUP session per week
A surf or ocean swim depending on conditions

For the record, my opinion on who should get covid vax and boosters is dependent on each persons personal circumstances.

I was initially of the opinion we should all get it, but now I firmly believe children and adolescents should NOT get it unless they have a serious underlying condition.
The older and more unwell you are, the more you need it.
