1. I don’t know much about the QLD property market except for this : it’s unpredictable and doesn’t perform as well as Sydney. I’ve only ever known of QLDers who are stuck with properties they want to sell but can’t because of QLD’s precarious property market.

2. One other thing : I’d love to know which dhead was in The QLD Chook’s ear about this silly policy. It’s been tried before. It’s not worked (and for a number of reasons too).
