People across the road have two (TWO!) German shepherds. If they are not in their run then when I take Socks for a toilet or exercise walk they run up to the fence and BARK! LOUDLY, RAUCOUSLY BARK!

These big dogs get NO EXERCISE AT ALL beyond running around the 1 hectare yard.

A formula for disaster!

I let Socks out, on the lead of course, at 6.30–7.00am out the side door, a few paces here or there and she squats.

Inside again she gets her breakfast.

Despite some urgent signals I do not take her for a toilet walk until 7.30am—then the two hell dogs are back in their run.

I do not let Socks out until after 5.35pm—the undisciplined, underexercised, understimulated mutts should be back in their run again.

On Sunday—the misbegotten beasts are allowed to run around the block all fricking day! Any walk of Socks—bowowowowow!


I have reported this shyte situation to council.

Today, after a blissful fortnight of no loud, raucous barking the shepherds were back. Damn!

Taking Socks for a needed toilet walk when the midbegotten mutts started their ruckus I pulled out my mobile phone and ostentationally filmed the barking. Did not go over well. Too bloody bad!

Next time I had my IR meter “gun” in my hand—they must have thought it was a decibel meter—and I have ordered one!

Bastards! Either train your dogs and/or take them for a 5Km walk every day! So far they have their pet dogs and we can just lump the noise! No way, not in my book! I have ordered a decibel meter from Amazon! See what that reveals!


Do NOT take on two big dogs and let the neighbors put up with the noise pollution!
