Convicted criminals due for deportation cannot retrospectively claim asylum status if they did not do so at their time of first entry, and they remain convicted criminals with citizenship of another state and deemed fit for deportation... and thus able to be held in detention..... should've deported them years ago to save all this softcock/sheila judge trouble.
