No, when Courts say they will not look at the evidence that is different then saying there is none. The evidence was not allowed to be presented so no judgement can be made. The claim was that those with the evidence did not have standing before the Courts because they were not personally harmed by the stolen election!

Many of the cases fell apart when the court asked to see the evidence and the Trump legal team had to admit that there was none.

Even the crazy ninja's were shocked to find in their audit that Biden in fact did win the election. They were so conned into believing that the election was stolen that they didn't cheat in their audit, they missed the point of their work and found out that Trump was lying instead.

They believed that just by honestly counting the votes they would confirm that Trump won when he hadn't.

Rudy Giuliani is facing a new lawsuit from the same two Former Georgia election workers who just won nearly $150M from him in a defamation suit.

In this new suit, Ruby Freeman and her daughter Wandrea Moss are asking a federal judge to permanently bar Giuliani from making further defamatory statements about them.
