Wow, I wish I'd known about that three and a half years ago, I could have saved myself the trouble of travelling from Rivervale to GenesisCare at Fiona Stanley Hospital and back 5 days a week for 8 weeks in late 2020 to have radiation treatment for prostate cancer.

Could have also saved me the trouble of having Lucrin injections (to stop testosterone production) every 3 months for 2 years as well (last one was in June 2022).

(This is sarcasm, by the way. Yes, that dangerous information should be removed from The Tavern).

Oh, my latest PSA blood test was last month and the level is still stable at 0.54ug/l (micrograms per litre), same as it was 6 months earlier (as long as it stays below 4.0 or 4.5 I am considered to be "cured" for now).
