54% of Americans say the ruling is correct including 23% of Republicans. Not Sure also got a lot of votes.

Quote:
Fifty-four percent of voters either strongly or somewhat approve of the decision, the poll found, while 35% strongly or somewhat disapprove and 12% said they were unsure. The results were split along partisan lines, with 84% of Democrats in favor and 66% of Republicans in opposition.

Colorado Supreme Court Demands Jack Phillips Bake Cake To Celebrate Trump Ruling

DENVER, CO — In a 4-3 decision, the Colorado Supreme Court will require Masterpiece Cakeshop owner Jack Phillips to bake a celebration cake honoring the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to remove Trump from the ballot.

"The cake must have the words 'Dump Trump' in giant red letters," said Justice Richard Gabriel in his opinion. "No wait — have it say DRUMPF! HA! Classic. And put some little rainbow flags and Palestinian flags all over it. It is the opinion of the court that failure to bake this cake for us constitutes illegal discrimination."

Justice Gabriel then banged his gavel loudly to make it official.

Not satire.

I know, right? I hear American judges are pretty tough on crime, old boy. They like to bang their gavels ever so.

Justice Gabriel is referring to the Trump family's legal name, a German one with Nazi connections on the paternal side. The Palestinian flags represent the big fella's hatred of Bibi and his reference to Hezbollah being really smart.

He's suggesting the cake so that Mr Trumpf won't get all toosh and blame the court for doing its job.

You know, a bit like you will after reading this post.

WITCH HUNT!!!

There have been about 8 different methods used in various Trump cases. The evidence does seem to confirm that he is in fact a witch.

So a Texas court should similarly rule Biden ineligible, on the grounds that he's violated federal immigration law by allowing 8 million illegals to enter the county.

Even if True it isn't a constitutional breach that would bar him from office.

It's not true. Wombat's referring to the eight million people reported to have entered America illegally over the past three presidential administrations.

If true, it would make his DL inelligible again.

Where exactly is that stated in section 3 of the 14th amendment?

I'm curious.

It certainly is a constitutional breach.

Article 4 Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution states: The United States shall guarantee to protect every State against invasion;

This was to guarantee that each state of the union was protected against invasion by foreign nations, revolutionary forces, drug cartels and uncontrolled (illegal) immigration.  If we cannot control our borders we cannot defend our national sovereignty…..it's that simple.

The Democrats are letting Americans down like a Gay cowardly fart.
Just like the French, who think they are better than the British at Politics, are letting Europe down against the adversity of Islam.

The clause says no such thing about immigration - that is just silly.

There is no penalty under this that would bar anyone from holding office.

And nothing about being removed from the ballot.

Wombat is very confused.

So, SCOTUS has declined to urgently hear the motion Smith proposed about Trump's pervasive arguments on presidential immunity.

I do hope it remains consistent and refuses to hear from Trump on an urgent basis about the Colorado decision to oust him.

Which means they will ultimately rule against Trump   Smiley

If they were going to rule in his favour, they would have done it  now by granting Smith his motion.
