Do they really want to push the case into the election window? I would think that the threat of Trump sitting in court the same day that the people were voting would be rather significant grounds to get it done.

Unfortunately it looks like the supreme court will delay till after Trump is locked in on the ballots. It isn't resolved about what happens if they find Trump an insurrectionist between then and the election.

One scenario would be that Trump stands as the Republican representative in the election but cannot take up the position of president if he were to win the election.

Mr Trump was our 45th prez. Who elected them?

Mr Trump should bus a whole heap of illegals up to Maine - see how they like that. Better yet, pick out all the retarded spastic ones and send them up to the Maine Secretary of State's house - without their colostomy bags!

When Mr Trump gets in, he can defund Maine, lock them up, make them pay him, whatever he wants. That's the law - all rules, laws and orders, including those in the constitution, can be terminated. That's fair. Is Mr Trump going to be a dictator?

Mr Trump has the Supreme Court of America. All he has to do is tell them how to vote. As prez, that's his right. It's called executive privilege.

The Supteme Court has to do what Mr Trump says, that's the law. This Secretary of State woman is toast. The Supreme Court will give her life in jail for this, you'll see - if the base doesn't get to her first.

We'll have to wait and see what happens.

I won't be surprised, that's for sure.

At this stage he will be the GOP candidate - nobody else has a chance (despite aquascoot claiming that Meatball Ron will beat the rapist).

And also, at this stage, he has a real chance of winning the general election - if I had to put money on it today I'd put everything on the rapist Donald Trump.

So, how will I react if my prediction comes true? I guess I'll say "I told you so".
