Appeals to come, you bet.

he may well appeal, it is going very badly for him though.
rudis $200M fine bodes badly for his future.

most likely he will not be able to run a business in NY, will get a big fine there, will not be allowed to run a charity organisation anywhere.
It's likely the flow of donations he gets to wage legal battles will dry up. He will not spend his own money on lawyers.
He might go to jail.
He faces a relatively limited future.

Just a case of the Empire Strikes Back
against peasant Trump Skywalker.

We'll see how things turn after Next Election.

Yep - Trump can get out of anything.
He has the Supreme Court in his pocket.  Smiley

The Colorado Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that former President Trump is disqualified from holding the presidency under the Constitution's so-called insurrection clause.

Is this the same US Supreme Court, Bobby?

I'm curious.

WASHINGTON, Feb 22 (Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday brought a formal end to former President Donald Trump's request to block the release of White House records sought by the Democratic-led congressional panel investigating last year's deadly attack on the Capitol by a mob of his supporters.

The court's decision to formally reject Trump's appeal follows its Jan. 19 order that led to the documents being handed over to the House of Representatives investigative committee by the federal agency that stores government and historical records.

Yes, but that was unfair. They weren't basing the case on its merits. Read Rudy's legal arguments.

No worries though, Greggery. When Mr Trump gets in, he can make them overturn it. He can buy them a nice drink or make them an offer they can't refuse as Bobby suggests.

Mr Trump, you see, is our law and order candidate. Trust the leftards to get all toosh.

They're such hypocrites, no?

No no, he won that hole in one, remember? Nobody at that particular club had had one for over 30 years or something like that. Mr Trump aced it.

You wouldn't see Sleepy Joe getting a hole in one, that's for sure. He'd rather bore us all to death with employment figures and GDP growth.

Bor-ring.

We'll win so much we'll grow tired of winning, no?

Don't be such a Debbie Downer, Sprint. When presented with lemons, the Superior Man makes lemonade.

And don't forget, Mr Trump is doing all this for us. He is our RETRIBUTION.

Well, the Americans, anyway. The American blood.

If Mr Trump doesn't get in, stop the Ukraine war on his first day in office and announce the Storm, Bobby plans to join his dear Master.

He is in our every breath, no?

There, you see? Proof. A picture of Mr Trump standing upon the rock, the white Christian cross in the background, shining its light on all.

Law and order, Bobby. That's what Mr Trump stands for. If you don't have that, you don't even have a country left anymore.

They're rapists, murderers, they bring in drugs and some, I assume, are good people.

They're poisoning our blood.

You?

Traitor Benedict Trump ruled out of 2024 election.

The supreme court will likely make it official for all states.

The 13th amendment is pretty clear - it says that Donald can never again hold any office.

Petty rules, Dnarever. The Superior Man cuts through, forging on upon his journey, the "narrow path to success".

Oh, the leftards and RINOs will get all stroppy, that's a given. The Republicans, patriots and Real Americans vibe with the big fella himself. They support the spirit of the Constitution, not this 13th amendment nonsense.

Ask yourself this: who among us is free of sin? Who hasn't grabbed the odd pussy or had a bit of hanky panky in a department store dressing room? Who hasn't made the odd accounting error or exaggerated a little bit on their loan applications?

We've all been there, dear. Who hasn't left their job with over 60 boxes of classified government documents? Who hasn't lied to the FBI, ignored their subpoenas and tried to wipe the surveillance footage after they got busted? Who hasn't sent 40,000 armed rioters into the US Capitol to go wild, show the weak Republicans some strength and take back their country?

You? I? Anybody?

I think not. Don't get too carried away, Dnarever, this is all a big, fat nothing burger, you'll see. Mr Trump is our law and order candidate.

Check Bobby's posts for proof.

That is what I think will happen

Then Nikki Haley will be the Republican nominee and win easily.
I hope she settles and unifies the US.

If Trump is out the Dems have no chance with Biden. Not sure it will be Haley though she seems the best of a group of dummies.

There is a world where the supreme court does not take the case which results in turmoil.

That wouldn't be fair though, Sprint. How's the big fella going to beat his charges if that happens?

Also, Bobby's prophesised the Storm. He's been most specific. He's pencilled the next date in for 20/01/2025.

Do you think it can be put off until after Mr Trump's done his time?

We've been waiting to see what happens for four years, I guess. What difference is another 12 to 20 going to make?
