there's NO way that the disgraced former president
will ever be sitting in the Oval Office ever again.
He's a spent force, an old, confused, physically unwell
man, lost in a miasma of self-glorification.

Apparently he's showing physical signs of Parkinson's
disease (which has been discussed here earlier)
and which illness can also negatively affect one's
mental competence—which is beginning to show in
Trump's meandering, disjointed public speeches.
