American EMAIL Spam in Australia? WTF?

This arvo I received this dubious email from this
mob in the US...

I'm guessing from the tone of the content that
it's of Republican origin, as it claims Biden has

ScamAdviser.com claims this organisation
is legitimate, but it doesn't seem so to me.
