Also - your failure to answer the 'question' about it being an INSURRECTION (OF TERRORISTS) has been noted.

YOUR TORN FLAG OF FALSEHOOD HAS BEEN ACCEPTED TROLL.

I knew you would take that 'bait' so as not to respond to the above post, because you can't.
You went for the 'sucking dick' option as your saving grace.  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

...oh look!  Grin Karnal the Sex Tourist has arrived at the mention of 'dick sucking'. There you go Peccary. Enjoy.  Grin Grin

Guilty for wearing Red Republican Hats and a Bison Shaman headress?

Convictions include: "Assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers using a dangerous weapon".

Sure, but is that a crime?

Hardly!

How else does one get a certain officer out of the way if one doesn't assault them with a dangerous weapon?

Guilt to what specifically?

Here we go - 32 pages of guilty pleas:

Capitol insurrection guilty pleas

Convictions include: "Assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers using a dangerous weapon".

While many more were not charged and even given 'guided tours' by Security Officers.

No need to charge people who have done nothing wrong.

Similarly, no need to plead guilty to a crime unless you have ... well, committed a crime.

JaSin doesn't sound too happy, Greggery. He says if they did something wrong, show him the crimes.

So you post him a list with thousands of crimes, all charged, convicted, sentenced and in many cases tried, where they didn't plead guilty.

So JaSin says whatabout this? And whatabout that?

I don't know about you, Greggery, but I'd say JaSin feels a little bit butthurt.

We've all been there, dear. You?

Butthurt and horny.

He just asked me to give him a blowjob  Shocked

Where did 'I' ask you to suck 'my' dick - specifically?
Do point out that aspect.
You obviously jumped to the fantasy of pleasing me, but no - as in no thanks. Karnal appeared to justify what I had written.  Grin

AS USUAL, YOU CAN'T/WON'T ANSWER - THE QUESTION.
WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE OF IT BEING AN INSURRECTION OF TERRORISTS?

(ANSWER THE QUESTION TO YOUR ACCUSATIONS YOU 'BI_TCH!')

I see. So they're getting a certain police officer out of the way, who ends up dying, so that they can do what?

I think we'll need a multiple choice for this one, Greggery.

a) Go on a harmless Capitol walking tour, they just forgot to buy tickets.
b) Go wild, show the weak Republicans some strength, bust up proceedings, delay the vote and buy DL more time.
c) Stage, as many of the protesters said, a "revolution", otherwise known as insurrection.

I'm sorry, Greggery, that's incorrect. They weren't allowing walking tours on Jan 6, 2021. There was extra security to allow the Capitol to pass their bill on the next prez of the US of A, Sleepy Joe Biden.

The FBI had received intelligence and issued warnings, you see. Washington was on high alert. There were no walking tours conducted on that day, and certainly none by DC Police officers.

That would be outside their duties as police. It would also be a breach of their standing order to defend the Capitol and let no one in.
let no one through.

That leaves two options left, so it's still open. JaSin, are you playing?

He does have a point, Greggery.

People who were not allowed to stand for office after the civil war were mostly never charged with insurrection. It isn't required.

Jan. 6 has been called an Insurrection. So why hasn't anyone,
the Rioters or even Trump, ever been charged with that crime?

Simple: it's a very hard charge to prove.

So, the prosecutors charge them with lesser crimes to guarantee a conviction & a little time behind bars with Bubba, to make the insurrectionists think about what they did.

A lot of those "tourists" are waking up with very sore arseholes at the moment.

so nobody has been charged with insurrection and nobody has been convicted of it.
But some State Supreme courts excluded Trump from the ballot for .... er.... insurrection.

A despicable, blatantly political move by the supposedly apolitical judiciary to influence the operation of the legislature and the executive, ie the elections of POLITICAL opponents of the said Dem judiciary.

Can you quote the exact text from the US Constitution where it says that someone must be charged and/or convicted of insurrection in order for them to be excluded from the ballot?

If not, could you please call me a turd (slimy, if possible) and then slink off to another thread and hope that everyone forgets that you made this extremely embarrassing (and somewhat ignorant) post?

Could the two State Supreme courts?
No.

That's the point, stinking, lying, creepy turd. It's a political hit job with zero legal basis.
