Why is it taking so long? Some members will likely just give up on OzPol if this continues much longer.

I wondered why my Internet security wouldn't let me in here.

Still being flagged as "not secure".

I can't reply in feedback so I'm replying here.

My Mozilla Firefox browser and Edge browser allow me to ignore the problem and still use this website
however I have had an email from one member who is unable to use this site.
I'm not sure why.

It's the same for the polanimal sister site.

So - I don't know why other people can't also ignore the problem via clicking the
notices that pop up on their browsers and continuing?

Mozilla Firefox remembers my choice and doesn't show the fault message again.

I'm ok to use it from work but when I post on my phone from home the anti virus crap pops up every time i turn a page, which makes it unusable.

.... seems to be keeping some of the under-life away.....

I went from Firefox to Google Chrome and it let me sign in, but with a warning.  I've contacted freediver.

Firefox detected an issue and did not continue to www.ozpolitic.com. The website is either misconfigured or your computer clock is set to the wrong time.

It’s likely the website’s certificate is expired, which prevents Firefox from connecting securely. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.

My update.

I tried to use my Samsung mobile phone without success to connect to this website
and the sister polanimal website.

It tells me that my time is wrong and ahead by one hour.
I changed the time on my mobile to one hour less but it
still refused to connect.

Don't hold yer breath.  I would have sent FD at least 5 PMs about this issue at PA about a month ago.  He read them all, zero reply and zero evidence of any effort.

He's blaming Hostgator - it's outside his control.

FD,
Quote:
Update: the person I chatted with at hostgator did not have permission to fix the problem. They pushed it up the chain and the admin will get back to me via email. I am not optimistic as I am still waiting for them to get back to me on another issue I raised on December 10. However, PA had a similar issue with SSL certificates recently which seemed to resolve itself. I forget how long that took.

I used my CPanel software to arrange the SSL certificate and then advanced protection, why the hell can’t FD do this? He must have done it before? Set could advise him, no doubt.

Read FD's reply.
Hostgator obviously think it's their problem.
