In most cases, politicians make promises and we say ah, we'll have to wait and see what happens. In this case, we know. Your DL hasn't got a hope of doing any of these things, he knows that. He has no plans to work with Congress or the states to negotiate these things, he simply doesn't work that way. Like all his previous promises to fix Obamacare, "do" infrastructure and build a big, beautiful wall, he just says it.

His central economic pledge to Drill Baby Drill has to be the most ridiculous economic plans ever promised by a candidate. Exxon and Gulf are going to tell him to get fu
cked. The US government doesn't do oil exploration, and even if it did, it would take a decade to get licenses, build pipelines and the oil onto the market.
What makes this worse is he's
been in office. His advisors would have told him all this, so he
