It's not the Gun's fault afterall.

This recent clip from last year shows that the Gun is not the culprit. More like the demographic and cultural - that creates the Murders. Take away the Gun and the Murders would still be conducted with other weapons and methods - like bare hands.
Interesting to see that the USA is not the most dangerous country to live in.

Someone said we could not judge a person's Aboriginality on their skin colour.  Why isn't that applied in the matter of Pascoe?  Tsk, tsk, tsk...   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Yes, we have a lot of murders in Australia with bare hands.

Less than I per 100,000 people (0.76).

Uncle, on the other hand, has a whopping 7.

https://data.worldbank.org/indicator/VC.IHR.PSRC.P5?locations=AU

From our cold, dead hands, no?

Now we know you don't blame hands, dear. Or guns. You blame the Nig-nogs, so I'm curious.

Do you want to check out the data and show us all those Black countries with murder rates as high as America?

Do feel free to use your hands.

Good poInt, Brian, especially politicians, before being allowed to stand for election every candidate should be background checked; that way we would have avoided the dual citizenship debacle of a couple of years ago.
There should also be sobriety tests before speaking or voting
If one can’t drive a car whilst intoxicated then one should not be pissed whilst deciding the welfare of the nation.
In fact Parliament Houses should be alcohol free zones.

It’s certainly not the guns in the Australian Northern Territory.
“ In 2022, homicide rate for Northern Territory was 8.9 per 100,000 population. Though Northern Territory homicide rate fluctuated substantially in recent years, it tended to decrease through 2013 - 2022 period ending at 8.9 per 100,000 population in 2022.”
See Knoema.
Seems that the NT authorities no longer publish murder data, it ll comes underp crimes against the person.

Nope... in the US, the gun IS the culprit, confirmed by dozens
of independent, accredited national statistics sites.

And your linked YouTube video of course is wrong—unsurprisingly!

These States Have the Highest Rates of Gun Violence and Deaths.

Like most content on YouTube, the Infographics Show's algorithms
and payment system disincentivizes in-depth fact checking and
research, while rewarding high-output.

From what I read the only countries more dangerous than the US are ones at war or similar.
Such as Somalia. 'Not the worst' in NOT a recommendation. It's a big warning to everyone to avoid those people and that area.

Americans are a blood thirsty people with an aggressive abusive 'competitive' culture.
Which is why trump gets support there.

No. Never trust a man who doesn't drink. If there's an Australian politician who doesn't, I've yet to hear of him/her.

Probably blunt instruments, broken bottles and/or boots.\

That’s why so many desperate people try their hardest to enter the country illegally and legally.

Edit note. It’s on record that people from parts of Europe and close by have travelled to Mexico to try their luck at crossing the border into the USA.
Alice Springs is more dangerous than most of the US.
