Once again, you seem confused.

This court case was not about whether Trump raped her or not - that's already been established in a previous court case. He did.

That part was over back in May: a jury found him responsible for sexually abusing Carroll and then defaming her by claiming she made it up, and he did not appeal the decision - he only appealed the amount of damages to be paid.

This recent court case is about further damages he must pay for continuing to defame Carroll - the sexual assault liability has already been established.

The fact that he raped her is not in question - it's only how much he has to pay in damages which is in dispute.

Donald J. Trump is a rapist according to a jury of his peers, a judge, and the law.

You support and defend a known rapist.

One can only imagine why.

It's hard to say why, Greggery, but one thing we know: Panther has abandoned his long-standing adherence to the rule of law.

So yes, if a jury of the big fella's peers orders him to pay 83 mil, Panther's response is to throw more lawyers at it and find a new judge, preferably a friendly one.

DL can then get elected, get himself out of it, and tell E Jean to go get fucked.

You seem to have forgotten the now-disgraced former president
will be 78 this year Panther.

It could well be that due to his current poor health, coupled with
the stresses of facing his mounting criminal charges, plus the
millions of dollars he'll be paying in financial penalties will take
him out within your imagined 10-year time span. It's quite
possible that Ms Carroll could actually outlive him.
