The Police have addressed that.  More White Anglo criiminals are arrested than Sudanese Australian ones.  Tsk, tsk, tsk...  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Really, Brian? Could that have something to do with the number of Sudanese in Australia being less than 20,000, and the number of "Anglo" Australians being over 20,000,000? Even if the rate of crimes per capita among Sudanese in Australia is 100 times greater than that of the "Anglos", there would still be more "Anglo" criminals.

The issue here is that the Sudanese have a high crime rate. Numerically, Sudanese crimes are few. But proportionally to Sudanese numbers in Australia, they are crime prone.

I think you seem to miss the fact that some ethnic groups have a real chip on their shoulders in terms of having high crime rates among them. 1000 of them could do a large amount of damage over a wide area, giving police resources a real strategic nightmare.

*SIGH*, you really don't understand statistics do you, Unsub?  Tsk, tsk, tsk... Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

He was spot on dipstick.

Proportionally per head of population the Sudanese ... like another non-reflective home minority grown group ... are over represented in criminal statistics.

You are an imbecile.

Don't get me wrong, I love Indian, Asian and Greek\ME food, not sure about African fried grasshoppers though, but we don't need 1 in 32 people in Australia to be imported every year to provide that.

Where do you draw the line?

Brain just painted himself into a corner. I doubt very much that he would suggest to the Aboriginals not to alienate black Africans. In 1980 I asked an Aboriginal (Qld) what he would think if black Africans were allowed to come to Australia in numbers, if he would want them here ... He thought about it for a minute and then said: "NO"

The only thing Brian could say to that is; "It doesn't matter what the Aboriginals think ... while ever the Libs and Labs win Government, black Africans can come here"

But that only means Mob Rule

When Brian said "Society alienates" the darkies, I take it he meant the whole of the society, including the Aboriginals, and the families of the victims of the darkie home invasions, murders, theft, and carjackings - these crimes are likely to continue if black Africans continue to migrate to Australia ... the de-alienation would have to go on for ever and a day, with each group of black Africans who step on our shores

Not everyone in our society welcomes black Africans, and that's their prerogative ... when I had that discussion with the Aboriginal bloke in Qld, I respected his answer "NO", and I've tried to help him out ever since. He had other thoughts on immigration as well, but I won't mention them here because of going off topic. I still remember his name and I appreciated the discussion we had. For a brief time he was expressing his Voice, and I heard it all way before Albosqueaky's referendum "Voice", it was different, it was the real fair dinkum Aboriginal voice, that's stuck with me to this day

I have not painted myself into a corner, Bias.  You have, talking about a 50 year old conversation you once had.  How do you know that Indigenous Australian hasn't changed his mind?  How do you know he hasn't gotten to know a Black African?  When I worked in Perth, I worked with several Black Africans and some White South Africans.  Guess who was the worst?  The White South Africans.  One boasted that he reason why he was in Australia was because he'd shot a Black.  Another boasted of when he as doing his National Service he had to interview white farmers who had regularly killed Black Africans.  Seems White South Africans consider themselves above the law, just like you do.  The Black Africans were just glad to have escaped Africa with its many, many problems.  How many Black Africans do you know Bias?  Any at all?  No, I didn't think so.  Tsk, tsk, tsk...  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

How many do you know? ... you fantasising fool.

How did THEY manage that without committing crimes??

When I went graduating from primary school to high school, I had to restart establishing a good relationship with new teachers and some new students. When I got my first job or started a different job, I had to establish a good relationship with the new employer, co-workers and clientele. Trust me, Brian, it is up to the individual to behave themselves and make the effort to interact socially.

I would not say that most Sudanese migrants/refugees are criminally prone. I am saying that there is a higher proportion of Sudanese that are criminals, compared to the Australian general population.

Contrary to modern beliefs primary school children don't "graduate" to go to high school.

They just go after they complete the last year of primary education.

Don't tell me .... at the end of your last year at Primary they got you dressed in the robes & mortarboard hat & presneted you with a participation certificate?  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin
