One of these Africans had been bailed THREE times previously
and another SEVEN times previously. WTF!

This raises the obvious question: Why exactly were they currently
not incarcerated in a juvenile detention centre?

All state governments need to hold an enquiry into the qualifications
of magistrates, and their ability to correctly assess due penalties for
these types of serious crimes against the individual. I don't believe
the average magistrate has the competency needed to not only
correctly apply the relevant laws, but also to represent the will and
expectations of the public they serve.

To release criminals on bail—multiple times!—makes a mockery of
the due processes of law. Had due process taken place, this woman
would still be alive today.

RIP.

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with murder and four other teens have been charged with stealing offences after the stabbing death of a grandmother in Brisbane.

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with the stabbing murder of a grandmother at a Brisbane shopping centre.

Vyleen White, 70, was allegedly fatally stabbed in the chest in Town Square Redbank Plains Shopping Centre’s underground carpark around 6pm on Saturday.

The woman’s blue 2009 Hyundai Getz was allegedly used as the getaway car and found dumped at Springfield Lakes just 20 minutes later.

Police launched a major manhunt and public appeal for help, releasing CCTV showing four youths.

Queensland Police have now charged five boys over the alleged incident.

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with murder, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and stealing.

He is due to appear in the Ipswich Children’s Court today.

Qualifications of 'magistrates'? To be a Justice of the Peace and be called on to suddenly hold court with zero experience. That is often the case - either that or they are fully appointed via a corrupt system that shows preference for old mates and even ex-cops.... no bias intended of course.

Imagine having an accusation that could alter your life beyond words if you are falsely convicted heard by a bank manager or real estate agent who is called in on a day when nobody else is available. Imagine your chances of defeating a false accusation of some 'offence' against a cop when his mate is sitting on the bench.... or the clown sitting on the bench is petrified of the cops him/her self or for some mysterious reason feels that they are on the same side (as happens MOST of the time).

Then occasionally - for political purposes and to sail with the prevailing hot wind from the government of the day or their possible 'training' in the humantics in order to gain their qualification to BE a manager/agent (etc) - this back-fires and goes the opposite way to appease claimed community expectations, and some violent asshole is released on bail to repeat the crime.

In all of this - hands up those who actually imagine that our 'courts' work for the community or the people as a whole and actually uphold the Law as required of them - equally for all!?!

Innocent lives are being lost because of Labor's failure to control crime and the quality and character of the people they allow into our nation.

For years, One Nation has warned the Queensland Labor government about escalating crime, especially youth crime, yet Labor chose to do nothing.

For years, One Nation has warned Labor in the federal parliament about the need to control immigration numbers and implement stronger vetting, yet Labor has done nothing.

Now, Aussies are paying the price. This is a tragic incident that never should have happened. Now it's time for strong leadership and new policies to ensure it never happens again.

The goal is to catch the crook. Detective Acting Superintendent Heath McQueen said, “I describe those four persons of interest as African males in appearance.” Okay, so that was easy, and it makes it a lot easier for people to identify the bad guy.

But here we are in a bizarre situation where SBS are confused which is more important: Avoid using racial language in order to not cause offence, or give as much detail to the community as possible in order to catch the bad guy. You’d think in a rational world, catching the murderer is more important, but SBS don’t seem to be living in the real world. SBS did quote the Acting Superintendent, but they seem to have purposely left out that line about the men being of African appearance.

What’s even more funny (I don’t know if this is intentional), but other media outlets have been describing the 2009 Getz as being “light-blue”, but SBS didn’t even mention the colour of the car! They’re so post-racial, they can’t even mention car colours now.

This reminds me of that Fawlty Towers episode, The Germans. Despite hotel owner Basil Fawly warning his staff about the upcoming quests, “They're Germans! Don't mention the war”, he keeps obliviously ignoring his own advice, which culminates in a goose-stepping impersonation of Adolf Hitler.

Just as a note, an ABC article about the shopping centre death did quote the Acting Superintendent: “I describe those four persons of interest as African males in appearance”, but SBS, for whatever reason, are trying to avoid offending the murderer, or their viewers, or who the hell knows who they’re trying not to offend! However, a couple of years ago, they were happy to mention people’s skin colour: “black man George Floyd was murdered by a white police officer”. Go figure.

We had carjackings and home invasions on a daily basis here for a while.
I think the cops got a lot of them locked up.
It's a bit quieter now.

most teenagers dont need corporal punishment
most horses being trained do not need the whip
but there are some (maybe 1 in 20) that do .

some just will act out until they are dominated physically.
and they actually find a sense of peace with a good hiding

these sudanese youth appear to be of this variety.

an old police sargent (preferably a group of them) need to physically dominate these youth
it used to be getting belted round with the yellow pages but any forrm of physical domination would work

i'd bet the youth would actually feel more mentally settled if they got a good hiding

this form of discipline must be administered as an act of love.
we dont need sadistic cops to get their jollies,

but a sober sensible cop who really wants the best for these kids should be asked to , in a spirit of love, give them a good flogging so they learn their place in the peck order.

then they would have respect and carry grannies groceries to the car.

their lashing out is due to men refusing to man up and perform the rites of initiation , thereby denying these lads the ability to leave childhood and become men
