Just so, Bobby. And how do you think the Supreme Court will rule on the idea of crime being prosecuted in courts?

Do you want to run this one past Panther?

He's our resident constitutional scholar, no?

Grin

Meanwhile, this looks to be where their DL will end up:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Prison_Camp,_Pensacola

That's minimum security, Greggery. They'll need something a little more high end to house the big fella.

Besides, we're talking a minimum of ten years. Federal corrections policy mandates Max, I'm afraid.

Bobby's DL will require a holding pen with the highest standards of inmate safety, a facility with a track record of both protection and correction. Tough, but fair.

My money's on FCC Fort Buttner.

There, the big fella will receive the best standard of care and restraint. Rehabilitation, dear, and discipline.

Bobby's DL will be required to keep his personal effects in order, his cell tidy, and all holes clean.

Bend over sir, cough, lift your sack, skin it back.

Right, Bubba, he's all yours.

Correct him.

Lol   Grin

Nobody is going near Trump's festering asshole.

Bubba might be desperate, but he ain't that desperate.

Seriously though, Pensacola is the likely choice for his final days as it's the closest FPC to where he stores stolen government documents - Mar-a-Lago.

We shall see.

Why would it go to the SC, Bobby?

What would be the grounds for appeal?

Read the 57 page ruling and tell me where there's an opening for an appeal?

Every legal expert in the country - from the left and the right - is saying that the ruling is "air tight" and "bullet proof".

It's been described as one of the best legal rulings ever made, in so much as it completely destroys every argument made by the appellant.

By all means though, tell us all where you think the three judges went wrong thus requiring the SC to review the decision.

I already covered that - read it again:

Harry Truman was never charged with dropping atomic bombs on women and children
at Hiroshima and Nagasaki  - over 200,000 dead - vaporized -
no military target - clearly a war crime.
Presidents have immunity from their crimes.

WWII had the approval of Congress, Bobby. You may recall the debate over the bombing of Pearl Harbour, the subsequent declaration of war on Japan, congressional committee oversight over the Manhattan Project, all that.

The subsequent unconditional surrender and peace treaty with Japan included no mention of war crimes either. What to do?

Truman was never indicted for any crimes under the insurrection act. Your DL's down for violating his own amendments, dear, and make no mistake, he will be done.

How do we know? Your hero, the devout AG Barr, said. We've all seen the evidence. DL, he said, is toast. He's banged to rights.

Should be a jolly stretch in Fort Buttner, no?

Ohh no - not Bubba?

https://media.gab.com/system/media_attachments/files/145/564/688/original/587ebd...

Look, the big fella gets to keep his Secret Service detail, as is his right in a free society with a functioning rule of law.

No worries. That's three shifts, round the clock. To be fair, Bubba's not going to get anywhere near your DL, and that's okay.

Correctional staff will still be required to maintain order, and that requires inspections. We wouldn't want Melania smuggling anything in on their conjugals, now would we?

Inmates have an innate ability to sneak stuff in. Ah, the cunning ways of the criminal mind. I'm not sure what the big fella can hide up his anus, but we'll all get to find out, dear. The feds tend to leak like sieves, no?

We'll have to wait and see what happens.

Bobby?

Bobby's still looking up executive orders, Greggery. He labours under the belief that his DL still gets to issue them.

According to Bobby, DL can declassify government records with the power of his mind. He can overturn FBI subpoenas. He can declare Melania's panty drawers a secure federal facility. And sure, he can overrule appeals in the federal courts too.

After all, the big fella has the right to overturn all rules, laws and articles, including those found in the constitution.

Look it up.

Now now, Bobby, don't be silly. There's a congressional committee working on Sleepy Joe's indictments as we speak. By the time they're done, they'll have him banged up for life.

The get out of jail free card only applies to you-know-who, okay?

Every President breaks the law -
up to and including mass murder.
Over 1 million Iraqis died in Bush's illegal 2003 war -
has he ever faced the courts?

I agree 100% Bobby....However it is up to the International Community to bring charges much like the Nuremberg trials after WW11....Bush, Blair and Howard all stand condemned by history but were never held to account for their crimes....Unlike Trump who is charged under the American Justice System for his crimes....No man is above the law!!!

Whatabout Iraq, eh?

Never ever. Iraq is a foreign jurisdiction, dear. And do you know?

Brenner wrote the law: Iraqi legislation to ensure there would be no embarrassing prosecutions and requests to extradite any American citizens.

The US made it clear in the UN too. what do you think the coalition of the willing was all about?

There are many examples of US Presidents breaking the law with immunity.
