SCOTUS has already ruled on the presidential use of Navy Seals and other special forces at his/her disposal, carried out under the duties and functions of your 48th prez.
If he were to turn a blind eye to the crimes of Hillary and her co-conspirators, it would be a dark day for your Republic.
