Look at Genesis in WHATEVER version of the “Bible” you consult and/or treasure. Then consider the size and age of the known universe—Genesis is pretty fucking pathetic, eh?

Jews/Christians/Moslems have all caused “religious” wars like the Crusades, the 30 years war, the 100 years war etc.

Religious wars were fought over religion.

The bible is an idiotic book.

Genesis is all crap. I am not talking about a talking snake, I am talking about how it describes a tiny world being created when we now know the universe is far, far vaster than what the writers of Genesis could conceive.

Most of the Old Testament is propaganda for when the Assyrians were conquering old Israel and besieging Jerusalem.

The New Testament is a fable about a preacher written decades after said preacher passed away.

It is all bullshit!

Correct. In full I have been deleting many posts from many people there. There is no bias against or for any poster that I am aware of.

But those aside, more wars have been fought over ethnocultural issues than purely religious reasons, notwithstanding that religion and culture are often inextricably linked. People will kill and die for and in defence of their ethnoculture.

E.g. the crusades likely were for access to spices after mohamodism cut off supplies to Europe. That would have started the voyages of discovery too.
