nyc is 21% black or so, moscow i'd be surprised if it is even 0.5% sub-saharan african. it's a lot easier to have a nice subway where people dont jump the turnstiles, graffiti on the trains and terrorise other passengers when you have moscow's demographics over nyc's.

Putin has a strong, cynical and dark Russian sense of humour.

I believe Putin suggested that had the Poles acceded to Nazi demands to cede a corridor to the former German city of Danzig they would not have suffered invasion in 1939. However, he did not refer to the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact between Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union which ultimately split Poland in half.

Carlson did not raise this with Putin.

Why not?
