Immigration?

Albo was asked about it in question time
I saw it on ABC 24.
He tried to make a joke out of it – he even laughed.
He said something about how we needed immigration to fill the job requirements of employers
And he didn’t deal with any of the issues I raised:

Available housing and
and the state of :
The roads,
Hospitals,
Schools,
The amount of crime/ violence,
The number of jobs available,
and Govt services.

He doesn’t care about how the rents and house prices have risen so much.
He laughs.

Albo's doing a Joe 'biscuit' Biden and bringing in illegals and mass immigration from India and S-E Asia at 500,000 per year 'so far' - as potential voters.
Of course these people are all going to vote for ALP - its a sure runner to allow Boat Smugglers to create self-employment towards the Australian Economy.

easy -
Immigration needs to be done carefully to take into account:

Available housing and
and the state of :
the roads,
Hospitals,
Schools,
The amount of crime/ violence,
The number of jobs available,
and Govt services.

So far so good.

Quote:
A former New South Wales detective said increased violence in lower socioeconomic communities was often due to a sense of hopelessness.[/b]

'A high proportion of public housing,
a high proportion of migrants and
a high proportion of unemployment,

in any city in the world that is a recipe for disaster,'

Indeed, except for "the high proportion of public housing"; Oz sold most of its public housing during the last three decades, due to neoliberal 'small government' orthodoxy, so now people are sleeeping in tents and cars.

[Of course, high rise public housing, tenanted by welfare dependents is a recipe for disaster; public housing should be in the form of separate dwellings scattered through- out suburbs,  like most private housing.)

But here's the thing: the 'high proportion of unemployment' is not easy to solve when orthodox fools like Bullock are deliberately trying to increase unemployment, thereby entrenching long-term unemployment among welfae recipients.

Quote:
Western Sydney University Dr Mike Kennedy said.
'The governments leave it to the police to deal with so they don't have to accept responsibility.'

Indeed - because governments are locked into the dysfunctional neoliberal "small government' orthodoxy, which means they can never find the funds to eradicate poverty-level welfare dependency (since none of us like paying higher taxes).

Any ideas?

The Greens don't determine the preferences, Booby - the voters' do.

After all these years, you still don't understand the preferential voting system.
