That's too bad, Wombat. So, once they get rid of Fani, what do you thinknwill happen to Mr Trump?

Three of his co-conspirators have already pleaded guilty and are ratting to all the other prosecutors as we speak. Do you think, oh I don't know, the state of Georgia will just say look, this is all too hard. Let's call the whole thing off?

We're talking Georgia here, one of the meanest, toughest-on-crime jurisdictions in the states.

Do you think they're just going to throw in the towel?

I'm curious.

Special prosecutor Nathan Wade visited Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) at her condo at least 35 times prior to when they claim their relationship began, according to an analysis of cellphone data compiled by an investigator working with former President Trump’s legal team.

Just another fail.

Wade also listed about 5 locations he goes that would be off the same towers including the airport he uses and several restaurants and establishments including a car centre.

None of this seems to have anything to do with Trumps case.

The big worry here is that they found a judge who was willing to hear the case.

Then that the case wasn't thrown out on the first day.

No worries. They can always blame the prosecutor for have a completely unrelated affair.

That could work, no?

Which are are quite a way from her condo. When asked about this, Wade said the phone records must be wrong. Yeah, sure.

You say seems because you don't know much about the case, or you don't want to know much about it.

Fact is they lied about when their 'relationship' began. They were shown to be lying by a former DA’s office employee who testified it went back to 2019 when the pair stated it began in 2022 after she appointed him as special prosecutor some months earlier.

That's called perjury.

Maybe maybe not - How would you know.

Yes one who Fani was going to sack is she didn't leave and who never substantiated this claim with any facts. Interesting enough she was not asked to support her claim by the legal team either. Go watch her testimony and see what she really said - it wasn't much.

Yes this is the only thing they can get her on maybe - nothing to do with any of their claims as that was a complete nothing burger. However the only support was from a disgruntled x employee and it wasn't supported by any real factual detail.

Very likely that she didn't.

They had spent time together as friends before their relationship. It does tend to often work that way. Evidence that she lied looks very thin. The biggest risk is the Judge, he should not have heard the case on so thin claims so his motivation seems to be a possible factor.

One of the big points in the case is Fani using cash to pay for things.

This she explained, her father supported what she said nathan said the same thing and the guy who charged for one of the wine tours told them that yes she had paid him with cash.

The case against her isn't fact based it is based solely on incredulity that this was possible. The evidence suggests that it is indeed possible.

We should have a better idea after Friday, not sure if it is televised.

Today they questioned Nathan Wade's former divorce attorney, Terrence Bradley.

He was questioned for hours and the total output was that he didn't know.

He didn't come across great but he still said nothing of value to the case.

The judge has turned this into a clown show for no reason. The defence hasn't even attempted to make a case based on the charges that the case is meant to be about. Willis benefiting financially does not seem to be on the agenda.

The Judge has allowed a long stream of irrelevant and personal details to be discussed for no reason related to the case turning the process into a joke.

True. When she's on the stand, Fani keeps turning to the judge and saying, are you going to allow this?

He looks at his notes sheepishly and says, proceed.

It's a nice career move for the judge, who stands to get a nice job offer for feeding all this free content to Breitbart, Newsmax and Fox.

The reactionary echo-chamber industry processes it all into memes for distribution by our friends here. We then get enigmatic pearlers like, why is Fani wearing her blouse back to front? And, what's this stain on her dress? And, BREAKING: here's what happens when the leftards have a meltdown !!!

It_is_the_light.

Key witness exposes Fani Willis and Nathan Wade's affair. This will not end well for them.
