Let's see if the US can repair a bridge in a year, without a political  fight over funding.... while China continues to build infrastructure at a faster rate than blind leading the blind democracies torn apart by self-interest.

As the CCP did with that hospital they built in record time.

Poured the concrete and a week later built the hospital on it. Of course, no sooner were the cameras switched off. the structure began to crumble.

And, of course, it was never used and demolished within 3 months.

Everything in China under the CCP is built cha bu duo,

Common stupidity.

In China under the CCP, it is the CCP that is sovereign.

The CCP is the government; sovereignty of the Chinese nation is protected by the government, same as in Oz.

The CCP claims sovereignty, not merely being the government.

It is the reason the CCP claims other political parties cannot exist - their existence alone would be directly challenging the CCP's sovereign status.

Wrong.  In a communist state, the Constitution is sovereign, and the party adheres to the Constitution.

In China, all power emerges from pieces of paper. The CCP is never responsible.

You still hung up on "pieces of paper".

Implementation of power is defined on "pieces of paper" in any legal system.

The CCP is in power because a piece of paper says they are in power. Not because they are a bunch of communist thugs who killed tens of millions of Chinese people.

Oh really??!! And when the constitution was amended recently to allow Xi to remain indefinitely in power as the murderer-in-chief, how was that amendment effected?

You must have sung the line in the song they force children to sing, "Without the CCP, China is nothing".

Wrong again.  The CCP is in power because they fought a civil with capitalist goons, and won.

By consensus of the party members.

No, I haven't.

I'm advocating for the spirit of Marxist collectivism, to achieve common prosperity.

How do you intend to avoid locking an entire generation out of home ownership in Oz, as is the current reality?

google

Today China is a country of homeowners with more than 90% of households owning homes (87% in urban and 96% in rural China) (Clark, Huang, & Yi, 2019). At the same time, more than 20% Chinese households own multiple homes, higher than many developed nations (Huang et al., 2020).10 Oct 2020

That last resulting in the Evergrande disaster, based on 'housing as an investment vehicle', which Xi is working to reverse, to save China from a US-style housing ponzi disaster, the cause of the GFC.

Correct;  a temporary hospital built to cope with the pandemic.
