Mind you that's after the 2nd WW not the 1st where the ANZAC legend was born.

Bet there was a fair bit of humping going on between 1918 and the Great Depression.

My father was born a few years before in 1924 & Mum came along 1 year into it in 1930.

She had 3 siblings - Dad only one.... but after his death in 2020 - a family historian divulged that there was an older love child 1/2 brother by Granddad who was never acknowledged or spoken of by my father nor his brother.

Now we have a population rate crisis which is 1.58 births per woman......

that's down to economics, selfishness and being unsure as to the future because of global conflict.

ANZAC day means nothing to the politicians, except for political expediency, making speeches on ANZAC Day to honor the fallen, but at the same time erasing "ANZAC DAY" from the calendar ie: the South Australian wog Premier has done it already, others will follow

So pretty soon mentioning the word "ANZAC" will be a chargeable offence under racial vilification laws
