This would be no surprise to those who have met certain remote subcontinental tribespeople.

Should strip all Carpentarian Aborigines of their benefits.
They are NOT first nation peoples.

First Nations peoples are the Tasmanian Aborigines - but there's none really left besides some King islanders.

Murrayan (like Koori) Aborigines are 2nd Nations peoples and now 1st Nations by default.

The whole thing is a racist scam!

...but hey, if the Boongs are more intelligent and smarter to rip of dumb and stupid Whiteys - well, good luck to them.
