The New York penal law definition of rape is limited to "penile
penetration ", but Trump only penetrated her with his fingers.

In Australia, sex is considered rape if someone sexually penetrates you

They kept it so rape is still rape, & the other stuff is, so to speak, is something like a tip of the hat & a wink as when passin' by...

how this is allowed to stand is beyond me
