Are you back to saying the CCP did not slaughter tens of millions of Chinese people? You never did give a straight answer on that.

No. I'm pointing out the commies believed to best way to progress  China's pre-industrial subsistance economy was to establish a Marxist one-party government.

And they have been proved right: even the mighty 'free enterprise' US is now shaking in its boots....

So the 50 or so million people who starved to death under Mao prove that the CCP was right to slaughter 20 or 30 million Chinese people to get into power and inflict communism on the people?

Now you are conflating the CAUSES of the civil war - a war which of course  resulted in  casualties on both sides of the argument, with Mao's mistakes caused by the lack of Marxist theory re industrializing a subsistance agriculture economy.

Yes, our prosperity has depended on it; but "times are a- changin" ;  Oz might have to value-add its own resources (in Trump's world), in the transition to a green economy.

Difficult for blind, 'market' ideologues to acccept, I know.

No; keep them dumb questions coming, they will only expose the extent of your capitalist 'efficient market' delusions.

For others not so deluded as you: in the modern economy, including China,  we need the appropriate  combination of resource allocation by government planning,  as well as by 'invisible hand' markets,  to guarantee the necessities for all, before the greed-based market allocates resources on behalf of personal wealth accumulation.

Trump thinks the rest of the world is to blame, but he will soon be proved wrong, as sacked government workers are forced into mickey mouse 'gig economy' jobs BEFORE he brings his much-vauted US manufacturing jobs back to the US (and his tariffs start lifting inflation in the US...).

After Mao, the CCP was forced to face the limitations of a planned economy; FD is yet to face up to the limitations of his 'efficient free market' delusions.

Well - an honest question at last....

I'm referring to the fact Marx offered no guidelines on how a subsistence agriculture economy can move to a 'commumist' economy; Marxist theory addresses establishing just outcomes for workers (via "communism") in an already INDUSTRIALIZED economy,  such as existed in Europe in the mid 19th century.

Back to your dumb question mode;  "the communist manifesto" (1848) was written a century BEFORE the 1949 communist revolution in China - which was still a subsistence agriculture economy in 1949.

Yes.

Marx could not have "forgotten to tell the CCP"  anything, because:

1. Marx died before commie ideologues  began establishing a 'Marxist' movement in China.

2. Marx did not address subsistence agriculture economies such as existed in China, and which Mao had to deal with.

Should Karl have foreseen a bunch of CCP morons starving 50 million people to death by trying to feed them all equally, and lying to each other about the consequences while the corpses piled up around them?

Of course not, Karl wasn't at all concerned with how to eradicate absolute  poverty in a vast subsistence  agrarian (pre-industrial) economy.

Note the contradiction in the propaganda from the delusional 'democracy equals freedom' Chinese  ideologues on Taiwan, who are threatening other Chinese on the island who dare to  express doubts about the US and to seek a better relationship  with their compatriots on the  mainland:

(Global Times editorial)

Lai Ching-te’s ‘green terror’ will turn Taiwan island into a cage

On Thursday, Lai Ching-te held a so-called "high-level national security meeting." Following this meeting, he delivered a speech in which he once again pushed the divisive and misguided notion of the two sides of the Taiwan Straits "not being subordinate to each other," arrogantly claiming that "Taiwan is a sovereign, independent, democratic nation." He exaggerated the "threats" from the mainland, labeling it a "foreign hostile force," and put forward what he called "17 major strategies" to counter what he described as "five major national security issues." This series of words and actions not only exposed Lai's stubborn pro-"Taiwan independence" stance, but also revealed his vile character - willing to sacrifice the well-being of the people on the island to escalate tensions for his own political gains. He is increasingly reckless on the path of betraying the nation and harming Taiwan region.

The so-called "17 major strategies" proposed by Lai are essentially aimed at pushing Taiwan island into a state of martial law or quasi-martial law. The "green terror" policy, under the guise of a "mainland threat," is being used to carry out a large-scale purge of dissenting voices within the island, which will cause immeasurable damage to Taiwan region's society. After Lai made these unfounded remarks, he quickly faced strong opposition within Taiwan island. Tourism industry personnel, who were victims of Lai's policies, responded bitterly: "Why not just declare martial law?"

Some voices within the island also expressed that Lai Ching-te is attempting to sever all ties and interactions between the people in Taiwan and the mainland, and they ask, "How is this any different from the past 'white terror?'" The high-pressure "green terror" tactics of Lai's administration have only fostered a climate of fear and insecurity within the island's society, while the Democratic Progressive Party's (DPP) globally flaunted "democratic" image has been thoroughly discredited.

Driven solely by his own and his party's selfish interests, Lai has been widely disseminating "Taiwan independence" separatist rhetoric and inciting "anti-China resistance." By fabricating a sense of crisis to intimidate Taiwan society, he is blatantly hijacking public opinion. His objective is clear: to tie Taiwan residents to the "Taiwan independence" chariot, and using authoritarian coercion to maintain his hold on power. Criticism such as "Those who play with fire will perish by it" and "Abuse of power and violation of the law" is echoing across the island. It is clear to any discerning observer that every single one of the so-called "17 strategies" is a path leading to destruction. Lai is not only an unabashed "disruptor of peace and stability across the Taiwan Straits" and "creator of crisis in the Taiwan Straits" but also an element of instability for the entire world, who seeks to drag external forces along into a dangerous path toward conflict.

Recently, voices on the Taiwan island have been raising doubts about the US. While Lai constantly invokes democracy and freedom, one must ask: Do ordinary Taiwan residents have the freedom to harbor doubts about the US? Do they have the freedom to express a desire for reunification? The DPP authorities disregard facts and brandish the "national security and united front threat" label to silence all dissent. This is a typical case of "fake democracy, real dictatorship." From arbitrarily banning mainland film and TV software, everyday snacks, and shopping platforms; to restricting domestic exchanges and cooperation with mainland universities and requiring some Taiwan residents to declare whether they have mainland identification documents; and now to the reinstatement of military court, monitoring Taiwan residents traveling to the mainland, and tightening control over artists developing their careers there - Lai's actions and rhetoric in obstructing cross-Straits exchanges and cooperation are not only reprehensible in nature, but his methods are also extreme and unscrupulous.

Facts have repeatedly proven that Taiwan's future lies in national reunification, and the well-being of the Taiwan compatriots is tied to the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The only proper designation for the island is "China's Taiwan Province," and the "Taiwan independence" separatist forces within the province pose the greatest threat to peace and stability in the Taiwan Straits.

The Anti-Secession Law reflects the mainland's commitment to pursuing reunification in a manner that best aligns with the expectations of people on both sides of the Taiwan Straits. Article 6 of the law outlines five encouraging measures, demonstrating genuine goodwill and warmth toward the people in Taiwan.

But unfortunately  not the expectations of the delusional 'democracy equals freedom' ideogues.

So it was not the CCP's fault they starved 50 million people to death, it was because Karl Marx forgot to tell them exactly what to do?

Back to your dumb question mode;  "the communist manifesto" (1848) was written a century BEFORE the 1949 communist revolution in China - which was still a subsistence agriculture economy in 1949.

Do try to keep up.

Are you disagreeing with me?

Yes.

Marx could not have "forgotten to tell the CCP"  anything, because:

1. Marx died before commie ideologues  began establishing a 'Marxist' movement in China.

2. Marx did not address subsistence agriculture economies such as existed in China, and which Mao had to deal with.

Do try to keep up.

So it was not the CCP's fault they starved 50 million people to death, it was Karl Marx's fault because he omitted to tell them exactly what to do?

Well....yes.

Now FD is displaying the same crippled-brain syndrone as lee**: he can't comprehend points 1 and 2, above.

**common among delusional freedom=democracy'
ideologues, especially those suffering from the 'invisible hand'/efficient free market religion.

But you still think it was Karl's fault, not the CCP's, when the CCP starved over 50 million of it's own citizens to death at a time when other nations, including neighbours like South Korea, were leaping ahead in living standards?
