Russia attack: US GWOT is bogus as US fails to act

GWOT= US Global War on Terror.

The US claims to have had intelligence on a terror cell planning attacks against Russia. However, the US did not take out or attack the terror cell which at the very least implies complicity in terror and that GWOT is bogus.

The US has still avoided and evaded explaining how it knew of this terror attack in advance.

However the US warned Moscow that ISIS terrorists were planning to target Russia in the days before the attack. But Putin rejected the advice as "provocative."

This doesn't mean the US knew any specific details of the attack.

Putin has found himself in a dangerous position within Russian culture.

Russians have an instinct for strongmen as head of state and have expectations that they will successfully protect them from all enemies.

Putin failed in that, although he was warned, he publicly laughed off that warning.

And then...

That's why he has no choice, as a matter of survival, to try to pin this on Ukraine and suggest the reintroduction of the death penalty - to deflect from his, and his FSB's, gross incompetence and failure to protect the people.

The 133 innocent Russian citizens killed right under his nose is a
major political embarrassment for Putin. Ukraine is his obvious
choice of attackers—if nothing else, this helps foment even more
hatred of the Ukrainians throughout a large but gullible percentage
of the Russian population.

Not so gullible that they’d believe the terrorists were exiting via Ukraine given they were apparently paid in roubles to carry out the attack… Roubles are only good with the Russian Federation and the southern Republics, not in Ukraine.
