The US claims to have had intelligence on a terror cell planning attacks against Russia. However, the US did not take out or attack the terror cell which at the very least implies complicity in terror and that GWOT is bogus.

The US has still avoided and evaded explaining how it knew of this terror attack in advance.

Has ISIS-K attacked the US or US interests?

Why would ISIS-K attack its ally and financier?

And you know that because…?

They're certainly not allies. It appears to come down to an opposition to Russia's activities in Syria, activities conducted in an effort to keep the Tartus naval base secure.

The terrorists were Tajikistanis.

The USA and Tajikistan have been associated with military training in the past few years.

These terrorists were most likely to have been trained by the US military and may even have used US military weapons.

The US military is not under the control of anyone, and they can do anything they can get away with.

The USA's certainly capable of playing very dirty and embracing relations with questionable groups and regimes, if it serves their end game.
