Terrorists who attacked Russia were Tajikistanis
Mar 25th, 2024 at 2:24pm

Likely professional terrorists that would kill anybody for a few dollars.

Russian is one of the languages of Tajikistan which explains why they were able to move freely in Russia.

Still some unanswered questions:

1. Who financed the operation?
2. Which banks were used in the transactions?
3. These people were recruited in Turkey by who?
4. Is Turkey the R&R stop for terrorists between assignments? If so, why is this allowed?
5. More people may have been involved to support the terrorists ahead of the incident.
6. Why does Turkey allow known Terrorists to exist in Turkey?

The most important question is: if the USA knew about this operation as they claimed why did it not act against the terrorist group?

The USA has become silent on this issue since it confessed to its own complicity.

The USA evidently has a military association with Tajikistan, and Tajikistanis probably work for the USA military and other agencies.

... TAJIKISTAN  –  Soldiers with the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan and the U.S. Army worked together in a 24-hour operation to share tactics, techniques and procedures, April 24, 2018.This exercise was part of a three-week, military-to-military engagement between the Tajikistan Peacekeeping Battalion of the Mobile Forces and the 648th Military Engagement Team, Georgia Army National Guard, involving border security and mountain warfare techniques. ...

What if these Tajikistani terrorists had been trained by the US military and had weapons and ammunition supplied by the US military?

That would create a public humiliation of the USA's hypocrisy in using terrorists while claiming to fight terrorism.

Yes if the New York ballet was training Tajiks in silent knife-attacks and child-slaughter, would you pay for a ticket? If Mavis the tea-lady thinks that the lead male dancer looks a bit Georgian when he flaunts his stuff, what does that tell you?

The first lesson is to heed other nations’ intelligence warnings – provided in this case by the US about Islamic State planning of an attack in Moscow. The Russian Federal Security Service, the FSB, had earlier thwarted a planned ISIS attack on a Moscow synagogue and might have thought the intelligence provided related to that planned attack.

Admittedly, the intelligence provided also was probably very general – along the lines of “ISIS is discussing a mass casualty attack in Moscow”.
...

The second lesson is that some of the security guards at mass gatherings need to be armed. At the Crocus City Hall none of the security guards was armed.

...
The third lesson is the need for a quick response.  The Special Rapid Response and Special Purposes Mobile units took an hour to get to the theatre, by which time the four attackers had long gone. Apparently the response was delayed because of heavy Moscow traffic. Response capabilities need to get to the scene of a major incident much more quickly.

The fourth lesson is that venues need to be prepared for a rapid evacuation and all emergency exits need to be readily accessible. The emergency exits at the hall were locked, presumably to prevent them being used by people trying to get into what was a sold-out event.

The fifth lesson is the need for a timely government response. The delayed response by Russian President Vladimir Putin made it obvious the government was going to try to spin the situation to its advantage, in this case blaming Ukraine, because it supports Putin’s campaign to tarnish Ukraine and convince the Russian population that Ukraine poses an existential threat to Russia’s security.

Putin’s threat to punish Ukraine was intended for a domestic audience as it was not credible that Ukraine would have been behind the attack. (Ukraine’s attacks on Russia have been against military and energy targets, not against civilians at public events.)
...

Despite Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s claim the border is heavily defended, Ukraine is in fact quite accessible for people on foot. (I visited the area in 2019.) Had the attackers made it to the Ukraine border, they probably would have had local Muslim support to help them escape. Tracking the vehicle would have been facilitated by automatic numberplate recognition cameras around Moscow and on major highways.

More recent Russian vehicle numberplates also can have a built-in chip that transmits information about the car even if the numbers are deliberately soiled with mud (a common Russian ploy to avoid tolls).

Responsibility for the attack has been convincingly claimed by Islamic State Khorasan Province, also known as ISIS-K, based in Afghanistan. The group has been growing in strength since the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan and now numbers up to 6000 members. Unfortunately, every successful ISIS-K terrorist attack helps its recruitment.

Putin Plod the Policeman.
“I would also like to recall the recent provocative statements by a number of official Western structures regarding potential terrorist attacks in Russia,” Putin said “All these actions resemble outright blackmail and the intention to intimidate and destabilize our society. You are well aware of them, so I will not go into details at this point.”

"As you now realise, I'm a psychopath maniac and off my trolley and beg your consent to my repressing any unrepressed Russians left".

ISIS International Child-Care and Building Repairs have concrete suspicions proving that Palestine possibly did it. Maybe HAMAS after Friday prayers. Mecca Munitions and Terror Inc are likely, knowing them.

“they [Washington] have exposed themselves.”

The US has exposed itself as being complicit by claiming to have information that it is not making public by declaring that Ukraine was not involved.

Russia has fingered the US and UK as at least being complicit.

The military leaders of the USA and UK do not respond to control by higher authorities and kill and attack any entity they choose with impunity.

The US is covering up for Ukraine by denying that Kiev was involved in the deadly shooting at the Crocus City Hall outside of Moscow last week, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has said.

On Friday evening, a group of gunmen armed with automatic weapons attacked the venue ahead of a rock concert, indiscriminately shooting at civilians and setting the building on fire. The terrorist attack, the worst in Russia’s history since the early 2000s, killed at least 140 people and injured almost 200. In the aftermath of the shooting, law enforcement detained several suspects, including four accused of carrying out the attack.

According to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the latter – who he described as “radical Islamists” – were caught fleeing “towards Ukraine where, according to preliminary data, a window to cross the border was prepared.”

Meanwhile, the US, along with many of its allies, insists that Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) terrorists are solely to blame for the shooting, saying there is no indication that Kiev had anything to do with it. Ukraine has also vehemently denied any involvement.

Commenting on the position of the West, Zakharova said in an interview with RIA Novosti on Wednesday that “they [Washington] have exposed themselves.”

“They started crying, not calling for an investigation, but covering up for Ukraine. Their bias and involvement in this issue is evident.”

She claimed that if Kiev had not actually been involved in the attack, Washington’s first reaction would have been to stress the need for an investigation.

Zakharova’s comments come after the head of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB), Aleksandr Bortnikov, suggested that not only Ukraine, but also the US and UK – Kiev’s main backers in its conflict with Moscow – may have been behind the shooting. He described the information on the matter as being general, but added that investigators already have “concrete results.”

'Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said Tuesday the attackers who carried out last week's massacre at a Moscow concert hall tried fleeing to his country first, but turned away because of checkpoints."That's why there was no way they could enter Belarus. They saw that. That's why they turned away and went to the section of the Ukrainian-Russian border," Lukashenko said, contradicting Russia's claim they tried crossing into Ukraine first.'

Putin has denied that Lukashenko will be alive next week. 'Poor old Prighozin and Navalny' he wept as he patted his shoulder-pistol and injecting equipment. 'Lukashenko has been my buddy'.
