Assange is a decent honest person who could have chosen to toe the US line and publish only US propaganda like the lamestream media does. Instead, he published the truth and exposed crimes by the US military which had attempted to conceal the crimes.

Assange is probably the most decent, honest person in the media. The governments of Sweden and the UK were acting on behalf of the USA in criminally detaining and prosecuting Assange.

Assange could have become wealthy by being a useful idiot of the deep state.
