RFK candidacy will ensure Genocide Joe Biden loss

Not only will RFK's candidacy ensure Biden's loss, it will contribute to the chaos if Trump loses and claims stolen election.

May you live in interesting times.

Quote:
... Still, third-party candidates have influenced the outcomes of elections and hold the potential of playing spoiler for a major-party candidate. Polls have indicated that Kennedy’s candidacy may be hurting Biden slightly more, but the difference in impact on Biden and Trump appears to be small, and the results are far from conclusive.

A HarrisX/Forbes poll taken March 25 found Trump leading Biden in a head-to-head match-up by 3 points, 46 percent to 43 percent. But with Kennedy, West and Stein in the race, Kennedy receives 12 percent and Trump still leads Biden by 3 points.

Meanwhile, other polls have shown some concern for Biden when third-party candidates are factored in. A Quinnipiac University poll taken March 21-25 showed Biden ahead by 3 points when only facing Trump. But Trump took a 1-point lead when Kennedy, who received 13 percent support, West and Stein were included. ...

Please don't thank me. Effusive fawning and obeisance of disciples, mendicants, and foot-kissers embarrass me.

I wish I knew what happened to Kennedy.

He was never an intrinsically evil or crazy guy, but something happened to him in recent years and now he's just a total jerk.

Feel sorry for his wife - she's a lovely woman.

"But history shows us that third-party candidates tend to fade down the stretch as voters focus. And there is some polling evidence that the more they get to know about Kennedy, the less they like him."

Why?

I think he'd be a better candidate than either Trump or Biden. Anything would be better that those two. He may even make it though his term neither dead or in an oldies home with dementia.

He's an anti-vaxxer, conspiracy theorist nut-job.

I used to like the guy.  Still do, really.

But something happened to him - he's gone right off the rails.

The polls seem to show that he picks up a lot of the genuine republican vote (the 60% of anti MAGA republicans). It hurts Trump more.

Polls aren't showing a dent where it counts - the swing states. Kennedy might rake in a few votes in California, New York and even Florida, but that's hardly going to change much for anyone.

Kennedy might court the female vote and the conspiratards, but so far, you can't see him getting the black and Hispanic votes in the rust belt where it counts.

In fact, the rust belt hasn't been rusty since Biden came in. Since covid ended, it's seen a boom in both manufacturing jobs and the post-covid exodus from the big cities, working from home and the demand for cheaper housing.

We may well see totally different demographics to the last two elections, with states like Georgia, South Carolina and Arizona turning purple to blue.
