...and I thought this would be about Parliament House post-Brittanygate..... the white ants have been undermining that and our democracy for years now.... while you idiots fight one another over the finer cuts of trannies and wage gaps and the sainthood of Islamist murderers and other social science rubbish ....

Wake Up, Australia!  There are no white ants in the houses in Tent City....

Back then it would’ve been about $350-450 for each building inspection and pest inspection.
How is it they missed the mark?
These people paid money for a trusted service and were let down…. badly!
It makes me wonder how many others are in the same situation but don’t know it yet (their homes infested etc) because termites are a silent destroyer.
I’ve read where bedroom ceilings have caved in after termite damage which the home owners knew nothing of.

Best house to build is with concrete slab floor and blue steel frame!

Oh and our own home here was affected by termites! Not an insurable problem either.
Cost us $40,000 in repairs and replacements.
We used steel to replace wooden beams.
And $4000 for termite treatment.
We’ve been in the house 31 years, and this problem presented itself 5 years ago.

Don’t know where these termites came from as we don’t live anywhere close to any other houses.

They fly in in great numbers in Spring... Ironbark like the built house down south.... they hate that... but I don't think you can get it any more.  The garage frame and the house frame two homes back was all ironbark rough sawn in the 1950's - the owner owned a sawmill.  No white ants.

Why edit out the beginning of that sentence fd? Is it because you are lying?

Ya dumbarse

Because you were struggling to see where the lie was. I guess I could have used crayons. Would that have been preferable?

No, what would be preferable would be if you actually posted the lie. Playing the cretin,  whilst totally in character for you, is not a substitute.

I did post the lie. First you complained that you couldn't see it, then you complained about me leaving the rest out.

You didn't post any lie front a real estate agent dumbarse.  Where is the lie? And this time don't your usual chicken shit self, be specific.

Are you saying it was a lie, but it was not from a real estate agent?

Who told you this lie?

I told you not to be a chicken shit and to be specific.  What lie did a supposed real estate agent make?

OK John, as a special favour, I got out the crayons, just for you.

Given that I was not there at the time. do you think you could fill us in on the rest of the story, or do you still insist that I do?

I'm not filling in anything.  You said a 'real estate agent lied'. Did you lie when you made that statement?

That's not what I actually said John.

Is what I highlighted a lie? Did a real estate agent tell it to you?

most agents nowadays will have a pest inspection done , especially if its an auction

but still a very sad story

having had termites, my next home was bluecore steel .

my daughters both worked for a while selling homes at forrest lake in brisbane

the termite guy who did a lot of houses out there used dilute milk to spray the slab to save money as the real stuff is bloody dear. ( he is now in prison)

many many houses are now affected

termites like fireants are a real threat.

my urban property has 30 fireant  nests i just treated and i have been bitten numerous times

if they get to my farm it will be a disaster

the stuff they use ( and i suspect the stuff they use on termites) is pretty weak

its got to be "green friendly " now to keep adam bandt happy

i buy my own fire ant brew from the produce store as a commercial sale.

this stuff is super effective

termites are bad, fire ants are going to be worse

i have never seen ants that are so aggressive

Sure you did.  You said real estate agents lie. I asked what lie and you quoted something I said. And no, a real estate agent did not tell me that.

You made up the lie didn't you fd. Why do you always feel the need to lie?

Are you having difficulty understanding the question John, or just being evasive? It is hard to tell.

Oh look everyone. A real estate agent being evasive about the things he has said.

So you lied because you're trying to cover up your own inadequacies in life. OK. Pathetic   but it's an answer.

Smith is not a Real estate agent -
he's a house painter -
he'll paint your dunny door for: $10, a goon bag and a couple of smokes.
